Elias’s place was wonderful! The easy to access location and app made things very efficient and I enjoyed not having to carry around a pair of keys. I didn’t mind the required documentation as it helped prepare Elias for our stay and was similar to the process of a hotel which felt safe and secure. The location is great and we found fabulous restaurants no more than a 10 minute walk from us. The space itself was wonderful. Comfy couch and bed (on the smaller side but worked for my husband and I). The bathroom is a little dated compared to the rest of the home but that was no issue for us. Overall highly recommend!

Eine nette Unterkunft. Gute Lage zur Bahn und auch zu Fuß kann man in die Stadt laufen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Leider war es in der Wohnung sehr kalt (17-18 Grad) und wir haben gefroren.. da wird es dann abends nicht ganz so gemütlich, wie gewünscht.

Très bon séjour dans ce très bel appartement au calme et très propre. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à l'annonce et nous avons profité d'un séjour paisible au calme. Le centre ville est à 30 min en tram/métro et 45 min en bateau. Il y a un très bon restaurant de sushis juste à côté et un supermarché à 20 min à pieds (10min en bus). On recommande !

Fredrik is a great and kind host and very reactive. We spend a great time there in a very calm neighborhood super close by metro to the center.The appartement is very nice and the kitchen nicely furnished!I would recommend without hesitating!

Nice apartment!!! It seems to be a bit outside of the city but the connection by train and metro is amazing !!! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is really cozy and makes you feel at home quickly.

Logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Bonne réactivité de la part de l'hôte. Nous avons un peu eu du mal à trouver les clés mais au moins on est sûre que c'est bien sécurisé ! Seul bémol dans la chambre, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière mais cela est propre à nous, nous préférons une pièce sans lumière pour dormir. Sinon c'est impeccable et très propre.

Functional ground-level apartment approximately 10 minutes close to St. Eriksplan. Overall great experience, considering a very small yet functional bathroom and same small but functional kitchenette. Stayed there in November-December so expect some cool temperatures also in the apartment, which has a centralized heating system allowing few temperature adjustments. There are few steps to get through all building doors until the apartment. The bathroom is extremely small but it is fine for a short stay, there are not many shelves to put stuff on. The heater behind the toilet is a plus as it keeps towels warm. The kitchen has a window towards the courtyard which may affect privacy while using it, I suggested the owner putting a curtain there. Olof was extremely friendly and always available for clarifications at any time.

The location of the apartment is great - you can discover a lot of things by foot. The apartment is also styled nicely and lets you enjoy Scandinavian coziness. However, the communication with the agency was a little too much; giving you several to dos before even checking-in and also threatening with fees if you don’t take off the sheets and other small duties which took away some ease of the stay.

Klein, gemütlich und mit guter Lage.

Liked the apartment very much. It was clean and spatious, had everything we needed but a bit chilly. At times there was a foul smell in the bathroom but it was on off and seamed to come from the shower drain. Location was very good, short walk to the neararest metro station and a big supermarket.

The air bnb was in walking distance of the train station which was very handy. Clear instructions were given for check in and check out.

Brilliant spacious apartment in a great area - quiet but lots of cafes and restaurants and the metro and bus nearby. Be forewarned, there is no washing machine in the apartment or building and Stockholm doesn’t do DIY laundromats, but we made do with washing our things in the shower as needed during our weeklong stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Très bon séjour, très bel appartement. Tout était propre, bien rangé. L'appartement est très bien chauffé pour l'hiver malgré le froid de la Suède. Nous avions tout à disposition. En revanche, nous conseillons un tapis à l'entrée par temps de pluie ou de neige afin d'éviter de salir l'appartement, une poubelle dans la salle de bain. Petit bémol : Pas de possibilité de garer une location de voiture devant l'appartement car une autre voiture s'y était garé Sinon, tout était impeccable, nous recommandons l'appartement ! 😁

The apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. What makes it extra and five stars worthy is the location and the great communication with the hosts. William answered our questions quickly and kindly and the location… well it is hard to beat. Thank you for having us!
