L’alloggio è molto simile a quello che si vede in foto. Ma le foto sono fatte molto molto bene rispetto a com’è veramente. È come essere in un hotel ma con mini appartamenti. Vicino c’è una fermata dell’autobus ma la metro é a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Posto tranquillo

The apartment was as described, the view is beautiful and there was enough space for the two of us. As described, the bathroom is rather small, but good enough for a couple of days. It’s a nice area on södermalm, in walkable distance to public transport and all kinds of shops. There was a high-pitch noise coming from one of the heaters, which was a bit disturbing. Also, I received too many messages in advance of our stay, asking for quite some private information under the premise of security, such as uploading photos of our IDs to some website and our plans and activities during our stay. This made me feel a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, I can recommend this Airbnb, especially for a short stay in Stockholm!

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment. We loved it so much we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Location is amazing, walking distance to everything we needed.Highly recommend this apartment.

Had a lovely time at Olof’s stay! Olof is great at communication, very helpful and responsive. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and is located in a very calm and friendly neighbourhood. There’s a lot of nice restaurants and bars to have a great time, and there’s a supermarket right around the corner. I would definitely recommend having Olof as a host, and staying in this gem!

L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description, il était très propre et bien agencé! L'accès au métro était aussi très facile depuis le logement et le lieu très calme donc aucun soucis pour se reposer après une journée chargée :)

Very cute place, definitely better than we expected from the photos. Nice and warm, which was very needed after our days out in subzero temperatures. Bathroom is nice, the toilet paper could be better quality but if it really bothers you there’s a coop down the road where you can sort it out. Shower is really nice. The cupboard in the bathroom could have had more attention when cleaning - it had hair and generally just looked like it wasn’t very clean. In the bedroom, the mattress is very comfortable and the blinds keep the room nice and dark. However, there are only two pillows (one each) available and they are tiny and flat - very uncomfortable. I can say I have woken up with neck pain a few times. Other than that I think it’s interesting to note that the bed is set in the Scandinavian style of sleeping. And there’s a lightbulb missing so we had to use the big light. Everything else has been up to standard or better, it’s been a very enjoyable stay.

A pesar de que el apartamento carece de TV i tiene poco menaje de cocina (1 sartén, 1 cazuel, 1 olla), que resultan muy escasos en caso de querer cocinar para una estancia media-larga, y de que la puerta del microondas no cierra bien, está muy bien situado, es silencioso, nuevo, limpio. Perfecto para 2 personas, incluso para 3!

A lovely place. We would have loved a second set of cushions. The pans did not fit on the electrical stove .

Le logement correspondait aux photos et il n'est pas très loin du centre de Stockholm en transports en commun. L'arrêt de bus tout proche est un plus.

L’appartamento non è dotato di lavatrice/asciugatrice. Seppur segnalato nelle caratteristiche credo sarebbe opportuno fornirle. Noi siamo stati in 4 per 8 giorni e sarebbe stato comodo poter fare una lavatrice.

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Stockholm in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt :)

We stayed one week in Stockholm at Andreas' apartment, which is a great place to be. Convenient public transportation is located nearby (Metro and bus stations 5 minutes from the apartment). The apartment is new, very clean and quiet, equipped with all needed amenities in the kitchen and the bathroom. Andreas was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend the apartment.

GoodPositive: A bus stop is just a 2 minutes away from the apartment. The railway station is also at a walkable distance.Negative: A room thermometer to monitor the room temperature could have been installed as we (from tropical place like South India) felt the room to be a bit cold.
