Strávili jsme zde prodloužený víkend ve 3 lidech. Prostoru bylo dost. Celý byt byl skvěle připravený pro ubytování. Vše bylo perfektně čisté. Pokyny před příjezdem i odjezdem byly dobře popsané.

Super Wohnung in top LagePositive: Die Lage ist super! Nahe an Wasser und auch Zentrumsnah. Wohnung ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Wenn man den Herd oder die Filterkaffeemaschine benutzt muss man den Stromtimer aufdrehen, damit es funktioniert.Negative: Die Türen ins Bad und in die Küche quietschen beim öffnen und schliessen, was nervt, wenn einer früher aufsteht oder später ins Bett geht.Im Bad fehlt eine Duschtasse und es ist auch kein Abzieher vorhanden, weshalb man aufpassen muss damit nicht das ganze Badezimmer unterwasser steht. Aber es geht.

Super j'ai adoré!Positive: L'emplacement est proche du centre (15mn à pied ou 10mn en bus/ arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble)Petit supermarché en bas de l'immeuble aussi très bien.Très propre rien à dire rapport qualité prix au top je recommande vraiment.

The apartment is wonderfully located. A stones throw from the water, a 3 minute walk to the main heart of the old town and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing.The apartment was very clean, full of character and well equipped, everything worked and the host was responsive.It is a small apartment but perfect for a short stay. Storage space is restricted given the size of the apartment but manageable.Overall a nice place to stay and a great place from which to absorb the Stockholm experience.

We had a great stay at Fredrik’s apartment, it is a spacious place with a very tasteful interior. The location is perfect as it’s at the heart of Ostermalm. Fredrik was a great host, very responsive and helpful. All in all, it was a great stay that I definitely recommend!

Second time staying here, a comfortable and peaceful spot to relax in while still feeling in the heart of the city with that view!

I booked this property just one day before my stay, and it was perfect! The place was clean, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I didn’t need to contact the host as everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Nous avons eu un petit soucis d’avion qui nous a contraintes à annuler la réservation la veille pour au final devoir la refaire le lendemain. Olof a été très compréhensif et réactif face à ces changements de dernières minutes. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à une dizaine de minutes du métro qui nous emmène dans le centre de Stockholm en seulement 2/3 stations. Il correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Il n’y a pas de TV dans l’appartement, ce qui nous importait peu et pas de micro onde non plus. Nous recommandons ce logement et Olof.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Elias sehr gut gefallen. Alles lief reibungslos ab, und war ausgesprochen sauber! Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Trip nach Stockholm, man ist schnell an der UBahn aber es ist auch möglich schnell nach Gamla Stan zu laufen! Gerne wieder!

Overall, a good stay.Positives: •Location: Convenient for where I needed to be, but likely not ideal for tourists as getting into town requires a 20-30 minute bus ride. •Space: Plenty of room for two people. •Clean bedding: Appreciated this aspect.Negatives: •Security concern: The code to enter the apartment hadn’t been changed since our stay last year, meaning potentially over 100 people could still have access. A new code was only provided after I raised the issue. This company, “Guestit,” manages many apartments in Stockholm—always double-check that you’re given a unique code. •Maintenance issues: The apartment feels a bit neglected. For example, the doorknob to the front bedroom came off, and some wooden floor fixtures remain loose, despite reporting these issues last year. •Appliances: The freezer doesn’t close properly. •Cleanliness: Some drawers were dirty. •Bed quality: One bed is slanted because they’ve used random books as a makeshift bed leg.
