I highly recommend staying at Olof's place. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable. The instructions given earlier by the host are really clear and in case of any problem, he responds quickly. The surroundings are pretty, even though it's quite far from the city centre, it's easy to get there by public transport. Definitely worth the price!

Apartamento bien por el precio que tiene, tienes acceso cercano a metro y autobús que te lleva al centro.Me hubiera gustado que la casa tuviera microondas, pero bueno no fue un gran inconveniente.La entrada a la casa con todas las claves era un poco complejo, pero bueno, te acostumbrabas. Era sobre todo complejo usar el ascensor.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Mit der Metro (Kristinenberg) kann man direkt in die Innenstadt durchfahren (ca. 20 Minuten), Parken geht vor der Tür mit der App „EasyPark“ (außer mittwochs) für 20 SEK pro Stunde.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter :)

The studio was nice and clean, as you see in the photos. The check-in and check-out instructions received with videos were usefull. The great plus is the smart solution with the bed that comes from the wall over the sofa. Like this, during the day you have the sofa, at night you have the bed, all in 10 seconds done and the video shows you how to do it. It's an Airbnb block of flats, but we had no problems and it was quiet. Olof is part of Team Guestit which seems to run multiple flats, but all was ok! Close to public transport, big free parking for the car. A good choice for Stockholm.

We had a great time staying at Olof’s apartment! It’s less than 5 mins walk away from one of the entrances to Gärdet metro station so is super convenient and quick to get into the centre. The area is lovely and peaceful with some nice cafes and restaurants around. It’s also walkable to KTH. The apartment had all the essentials we needed and was clean. The shower is decent and a good temperature, and the bed is quite comfortable. It is a ground floor apartment and the walls are fairly thin so you can hear people entering the building. But since the area is very quiet, we didn’t have too much of a problem with noise. Olof was super responsive and friendly and gave us very clear instructions. A great host :)Overall, this was a super convenient and comfortable base for our visit to Stockholm. Would recommend!

Letto comodo, pulizia buona.Consiglio: mancava TV, sarebbe meglio un lavabo più in grande in bagno, e in cucina sarebbe utile disponibilità microonde, e sarebbe ottimale macchina espresso con cialde

We had a fantastic stay at Olof’s apartment, the photos don’t do it justice - it’s stunning! The location was very private and peaceful, yet close enough to transport links and cafes. The apartment itself was well equipped and very comfortable, plus the view from upstairs is incredible! We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed our stay very much and found some interesting things to do. Easy public transport with both bus and train. We enjoyed the magnificent view of Stockholm and Mälaren from the fourth floor balcony and the apartment was all very clean and easy to use. I did like the hair dryer and we found the bed very comfortable. Check in was very easy with clear instructions and Elias was very quick to respond. We would happily return. Many thanks indeed.

Small, but clean and nice apartment with everything we needed for our 4-days stay in Stockholm. The location is just awesome - nice surrounding with lots of cozy cafes and picturesque streets.

El apartamento estaba en un barrio muy agradable y bonito. El único inconveniente fue que el piso no es apto para 5 personas ya que la cama extra es muy incomoda y el sofá cama tampoco es muy cómodo que digamos

Alojamiento amplio y luminoso en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Numerosos restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores. Bien ubicado para cualquier visita turística. Se puede ir caminando en no más de 30 minutos. La llegada sin problemas y la respuesta de Andreas rápida. Aunque es un tercer piso sin ascensor no es inconveniente si no se tienen problemas de movilidadCocina bien equipadaPor ponerle algún inconveniente quizás precisaría de un par de asientos en el salónTotalmente recomendable

Olof's listing is a spacious, comfortable apartment in the old city of Stockholm. It has an artsy, interesting feel, with a spectacular bathroom. The bathroom is a room in itself, with double sinks, an amazing tub, and heated flooring. It is quite luxurious. I am a spry 75-year-old and had no trouble, but just be aware that there are steps to go to the different levels of the apartment (and to get into the tub). The location is great, easily accessible to some of the most interesting parts of Stockholm.

Top location, clean and quiet apartment, in walking distance to the metro station. Would love to visit again.
