We had a wonderful stay at Elias’s place. The apartment is located in the middle of the old town so it was ideal as a base for a few days. The apartment itself was comfortable , clean and had everything you might need.

Perfect house and perfect location!

Elias' apartment is a great base for two guests to visit Stockholm. The tunnelbana station Kristineberg is only 12 minutes from Stockholm city and it is another 7 minute-walk to his place.The apartment is a cosy place, if a bit too small for three people. The view from the windows and the small balcony is great, but there is a bridge nearby with a lot of traffic, so it can get noisy at night, when the windows are open.

El alojamiento de Fredrik esta bien para pasar unos dias en Estocolmo. El barrio es tranquilo. El piso es muy pequeño y estan todas las salas comunicadas. Para dos personas esta bien, pero para tres personas el espacio es justo ya que la mesa del comedor es muy justa con el sofa/cama. Fredrik estuvo atento para darnos las instrucciones de llegada y de salida y otras dudas, contestando rapidamente. El piso tiene un supermercado cerca y una parada de metro, con lo cual todo es facil. El sofa cama es muy viejo, con un colchon incomodo y sucio. En mi opinion seria necesario un cambio de sofa y ganaria mucho. El baño perfecto. La cocina muy antigua y con poco material. Si tu intencion es cocinar en casa a diario, faltan recursos y la cocina es incomoda. Muy importante para nosotros, NO TIENE TOSTADORA para los desayunos. En resumen hemos estado bien estos dias en Estocolmo, pero con 4 cambios basicos podria mejorar mucho! :)

The flat was really nice! It was spacey enough for 6 people, very pretty and a really nice area. You could go for a walk, take a swim in the ocean nearby and had a lovely view directly from the balcony. It's also close to a train station that takes you directly into the centre of Stockholm, so it was perfect for our city trip.In the beginning, the communication with Andreas was a little difficult, while exchanging the data for the reservation. However we managed it all and turned out all well in the end! After that Andreas was always very responsive and helped quickly with any issue.

top ausgestattete Wohnung für kurze Trips - das Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - deswegen nur für Kurztrips - top Lage direkt auf der Söderalm - jede Menge Gastronomie fussläufig

The Airbnb is newly renovated and extremely calm. It is perfect for one or two people and located close to the metro station that brings you in the city center. We would definitely come back!

Thank you for the nice stay in Stockholm! The apartment is very cosy and nice, with everything you may need for a short stay. It is located next to the bus station, which is very convenient for going to the city centre. There is also a supermarket nearby. The neighbourhood is calm and nice. I would recommend staying in this apartment!

Overall great stay! Olaf was very responsive and the location was tucked in a safe quiet neighborhood of Stockholm. Be aware of loud construction sounds starting at 7 AM. Grocery store was right across the street.

Der Aufenthalt bei Olof war super. Die Beschreibung zu dem Apartment war eindeutig und man konnte es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Stockholm braucht man etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Bus, er fährt aber sehr regelmäßig. Das Apartment war äußerst sauber und war schön möbliert. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Apartment was pretty enough for 1 couple + 1 single.Location is very close to bus station which makes easier to travel around the city! Olof was very clear to describe all guidance , thanks to him!

Det var en helt ok upplevelse.Positive: Fantastisk utsikt och bekvämt.Negative: Jag tycker inte om att all information som jag får är på engelska när jag försöker förstå hur jag skall komma in. Tog lite tid för mig att fatta det med App istället för nyckel/kort. (67-år) 😉. Dessutom kunde jag inte få tvättmaskin att ta in vatten.
