Lovely new apartment, clean and within walking distance of the slopes. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is great if you enjoy cooking. Large balcony.One small downside for us was that the bedroom was difficult to keep cool (we prefer sleeping in a cooler room). The bedroom had windows facing the hallway, but none to the outside.Communication with the host was excellent.

Nice apartment close to the ski slopes.

The apartment itself was fine and clean, but when we arrived the toilet was completely broken. It was clear that someone had already tried to fix it earlier, so the host was likely aware of the issue, yet we were not informed in advance. We had to contact the host and wait for a technician, and even after the repair the toilet still did not work properly. A functioning toilet is a basic necessity, so this significantly affected our stay. Other than this the location is perfect for pretty much everything you would want to do in Åre. The ladder for the upper beds was kinda sketchy.
