Everything was great; the only issue we had was difficulty closing the apartment the first time. After a call, we received instructional videos and it worked. It would certainly be helpful to send the videos before arrival.

Elias’s place is in the perfect location in Stockholm, just around the corner from a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Elias clearly has a support team working with him, so responses are swift.
I do think it was expensive for what it was and the extra checks at the beginning requiring passports do feel a little excessive.
But overall the apartment was lovely and would definitely visit again. You really couldn’t be in a better location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would like to thank Fredrik warmly. The location is simply fantastic – right in the heart of Stockholm’s Old Town, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a grocery store directly opposite, and bus and ferry stops just around the corner. The apartment itself was lovely and charmingly furnished – we felt welcome immediately. There was ample space for four people, and we always felt safe. The check-in system worked seamlessly. When we requested an early check-in, Fredrik responded quickly and was able to accommodate us for an extra fee. We would gladly stay again!

Firstly, what I liked - great location and views. Comfortable mattress and nice linens. Simple and elegant decor. Highly responsive host. Squeaky clean! Good storage in the bathrooms. What I wish was different - as there is no couch, a thicker more comfortable headboard to be able to read and chill in bed. The kitchen felt challenging to use as there were no knives, except for a butter knife. There wasn’t a cutting board either, but when I asked for one, they sent one right over which was great. There are no shelves or drawers to put away clothing, besides the hangers in the closets, so challenging for a longer stay. And lastly, the very pretty sheer curtains did not stop the sun from hitting me in the face at 5.55 every morning. For the higher price of this place, these points feel essential to me. I would suggest this to a couple for a weekend getaway, but makes it challenging for a longer stay. With these additions, I think it could be an amazing place.
