The apartment was very good. The only downside is the couch being quite uncomfortable when used for two persons, which would be desired option for 3 persons, as the bed is quite small. other than that, the Appartment is very recommandable

Staying in a historic house in the centre of Stockholm was a tremendous experience. The house has everything a guest could need. It has a very cosy and comfortable living space. If I come to Stockholm again, I would definitely like to stay here.

Wir haben fünf Tage in der Wohnung von Andreas in Bagarmossen verbracht. Sie liegt ruhig (bis auf den Kindergarten nebenan) in einem Wohnviertel. Man ist sehr schnell an der Metro und gelangt bequem in die Innenstadt.Die Wohnung hat teilweise einen altmodischen Charme mit original Einbauschränken, was uns sehr gefallen. Etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr wäre schön (wir waren 4 Personen, da wurde es manchmal knapp).Kommunikation mit Andreas war immer sehr gut, er reagierte sehr schnell auf Fragen.

Great location right in the middle of the old town. Easily walkable to the main sites and public transportation hubs. The apartment was free of clutter and we were pleasantly surprised by how safe it was to have a toddler roaming about. Everything worked as expected, and everything was clean. There is also a supermarket / convenience store right downstairs, so very convenient for getting some essentials like milk & fruits.Could've used thicker curtains for the long summer days though - the room gets really bright at 4 in the morning. It also gets decently loud on weekend nights from the nearby bars. The steps both to get up to the apartment and right at the entrance were no joke - steep and uneven! Be warned if you're traveling with heavy luggage, or in our case, a child and a stroller!

Flott leilighet til vår familie med to barn. Andreas svarer raskt og er imøtekommende. Delikat og ryddig leilighet, helt lik bildene i annonsen. Det er noe vi kunne ha ønsket oss i leiligheten; helfigur-speil, tv og en god stol å sitte i. Ellers var vi kjempefornøyde og kunne gjerne tenke oss å leie hos Andreas igjen. Perfekt til både familie- og par- ferie i Stocholm. Særlig er det perfekt beliggenhet for å kunne ta båt inn til Stockholm sentrum. Anbefales!!

A beautiful, clean, quintessential Scandinavian apartment. A great location in a great neighborhood. Close to parks and easy walks to everywhere including the metro. We loved the inside space, so clean and minimalistic in the best way.

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben und uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Södermalm weiterempfehlen.

Great stay in a really cool neighborhood. Very clean and spacious apartment. Plenty of restaurants and coffee nearby. Especially Pascal for coffee. Meatballs for the People was really fun too. There is a bit of noise at night from apartments upstairs and especially seagulls at daybreak.

Good enough.But there's a feeling that it is a really old apartment complex (and the corresponding smell that is surely very hard to scrub out). Seemee like only cosmetic adjustments were made to make it look presentable. Bathroom is weird, like it was a part of a Soviet hospital :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. In das Stockholmer Zentrum bestehen Verkehrsanbindungen mit der Fähre oder dem Bus. Außerdem ist Nacka Strand gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung perfekt für ein paar Tage in der schwedischen Hauptstadt. Das Notwendige findet man vor. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

It was a nice experience, little bit complicated to book (you have to answer some questions). The flat is very nice, clean and it is the perfect place for some days in town. Not very cheap and feels like communication with a bot-but thats not disturbing too much.

Really enjoyed staying at Andreas’ cozy and neat place during the week I was attending a nearby congress.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Wohngegend von Stockholm. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindungen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs waren super, man konnte alles sehr schnell erreichen. Auch ins Stockholmer Zentrum war es nicht weit. Es gibt direkt vorm Wohngebäude einige Restaurants und auch ein Einkaufsladen ist nicht weit. Im Sommer braucht man jedoch eine Schlafbrille, weil die Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer lichtdurchlässig sind und es schon früh hell wird. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Świetna lokalizacja z dala od centrum, ale dzięki super komunikacji wszędzie blisko. Do dyspozycji tramwaj, statek, a w nocy autobus - wszystko w pobliżu !Mieszkanie super, dużo więcej niżby można się spodziewać za tą cenę. Czysto, wyposażona kuchnia, super łazienka. Całkowicie bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Dzięki nocnym autobusom bez problemu wrócisz z centrum o każdej porze.Wszystko po prostu super.
