Das Wohn- Schlafzimmer ist ansprechen zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet. Küche ist einfach und zweckmäßig. Da wir nicht gekocht haben, hat uns die Funktion des Herdes nicht interessiert. Das Bad ist ebenso zweckmäßig und einfach. Das Appartement ist in einem großen Gebäudekomplex / einem großen ehemaligen Krankenhaus. Ein paar Eindrücke wie Gerüche und das Bad erinnern daran. Wer sich daran nicht stört und für einen Städteausflug etwas zweckmäßiges bevorzugt, der ist hier richtig.

Superfint och fräscht boende med hotellkänsla. Smidigt när sängkläder och städ ingår i priset. Lite struligt med den digitala nyckeln. Men annars toppenservice och snabb återkoppling.

Trevlig värd, fint område, lätt att ta sig till tunnelbanan, trevliga promenadstråk. Kommer definitivt hyra denna lägenhet igen

Meget fin leilighet og perfekt plassering til skibakken. Litt trøblete innsjekk da nøkkel ikke var tilgjengelig, men det løste seg relativt raskt.

Virkelig fint sted, rent hus, ejeren var god til at kommunikere og vigtigst af alt for mig meget simpelt.

Everything was in accordance with the description given by the owner. One small note - it wasn’t quiet at all, during the day and at night there was a lot of noises (construction site, subway trains and a lot of noisy neighbors), but I think, that it is not owner’s fault, but an unpleasant coincidence of these factors. Also, next time I would consider a trip in the cold season, because the room was very stuffy, and we had to arrange drafts by opening the door at least twice a day. Other than that I can say that the price corresponds to the quality, transport communication with the city center is really good, almost everything you need is in the room, the apartment is easy to find. All in all - it was a good stay!

Great place and perfect.

This is our second time in a year that we are staying at this Airbnb. We liked it very much during our first stay and so thought of staying there again. The apartment was clean, nice and had everything that we needed. The host was friendly, responsive and gave clear instructions about the check-in / check out along with car parking instructions. It had nice surroundings and lovely balcony to sit and relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm!

Nice ans clean. Olof was responsive. It doesn’t have a toster, not a kettle, no AC is available in hot summer days, no laundry detergent is provided. None of these was mentioned in the listing to be fair.

Nice and very cozy apartment with an incredible location, walkable to everywhere in Södermalm and to other islands. Only issue was the smell in the bathroom, possibly due to the open drain.

Cozy apartment, peaceful surroundings, and very close to the metro! Took us to the central station in like 15min. Equipped with everything especially the seasonings, it’s perfect for a self-catering family. The apartment has a cute backyard and we even saw a deer passing by in one morning;)

Conoscevo già molto bene la zona e sapevo già che l'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per gli spostamenti a piedi e con i mezzi e fra l'altro è vicino ad uno degli angoli più gradevoli di Södermalm e meglio serviti da ristoranti, pub, boutique d'abbigliamento e negozi di design ! Trovare l'appartamento è stato facile per me ma per mia negligenza non avevo letto il messaggio con tutte le info che già il giorno prima del check-in Elias mi aveva inviato!...nonostante ciò lui è stato subito reattivo e gentilmente ci ha seguiti nelle operazioni di check-in! L'appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione, era molto pulito in ordine e ben arredato! Ora so dove potrò risentirmi a casa quando vorrò tornare a Södermalm!

We loved the location and the overall apartment, but we had a terrible sewage smell on our floor. We could smell it in the hallway and it was very strong in our bathroom. Once we realized that the whole building was part of the same airbnb network, we asked to move to a different floor, and this solved the smell problem. It also solved the problem of the lock issue that we had with our first apartment. It was hard to get in and out of our first apartment. A woman who worked there helped us with the lock, and she also had trouble with it. The second apartment's lock worked perfectly. I think that we simply had a problematic first apartment and that overall this is a great place to stay.
