Lovely stay at Andreas’ apartment. Great location right infront of the metro station (may be a little noisy). Bathroom flush stopped working on the first day and nothing could be done during the rest of the stay which was quite disappointing. Nonetheless I enjoyed the apartment and would recommend it.

Eine schöne Wohnung perfekt für zwei Personen. Super Lage (Bushaltestellen, Supermarkt vor der Haustür, Zugang zum Wasser und Park). Von der Baustelle haben wir nur wenig mitbekommen. CheckIn: Man braucht drei Codes, um ins Gebäude/in die Wohnung zu gelangen, aber bei uns hat alles funktioniert. Das Bett war groß und bequem. Der Schlaf-/Wohnraum konnte gut abgedunkelt werden, was bei den langen Sommertagen sehr praktisch ist. Von der „vollausgestatteten“ Küche waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Wir hätten grundlegende Küchenutensilien wie Salz, Öl und Kaffeepulver (für die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine) erwartet. Die Herdplatten werden leider sehr verklebt und die Dunstabzugshaube hat ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Um das Geschirr zu spülen hätten wir uns einen Abflussstöpsel in der Spüle in der Küche gewünscht. Aber vermutlich ist das in Schweden nicht üblich. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

The accommodation matched the pictures perfectly. It is situated in a quiet area, easily accessible by public transport, with lovely spots nearby for walks. The kitchen is fully equipped. However, there is no iron or hairdryer. It was very warm in the building during our stay. Unfortunately, the check-in time is fixed and can only be adjusted for an additional fee. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Olof was a great host. Super cute clean apartment close to everything. Stay here if you can.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Apartment. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat und es war auch sehr sauber. Das Apartment war auch gut zu erreichen und mit Bus ist man auch gut in die Stadt gekommen, die Bushaltestelle war nur 2 Minuten vom Apartment entfernt. Ebenso gibt es einen Lebensmitteladen genau gegenüber vom Apartment, wo man sich schnell die wichtigsten Sachen holen kann. Wenn wir nochmal nach Stockholm reisen, würden wir wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

The place was amazing apart from a few things! There was no bed linen except for a single sized duvet cover for a queen sized duvet. The bed wasn't made and there was only 1 pillow on the bed as well, luckily there was one more pillow in the cupboard. I couldn't find any bed linen so I had to sleep with the 1 pillow, small duvet and the pillows with no other covers on them, felt a bit unhygienic! Apart from the bed, the rest of the place was great! Would've loved to have more coat hangers

The apartment is located a little away from city centre but is very well connected by train. Station is at a walking distance of 2 mins and city centre is only 2 stations away. So getting there is very easy and quick. Staying in the house also introduces you to local life and travel, which is great.There are many restaurants, supermarkets, Subway shop near the building. The house itself is well maintained with all normal facilities. Space is good for 6 people. The only suggestion is that the taller bedroom could do with more lightsWe surely had good time in the apartment.

You get what you pay for! It’s a small space but has pretty much everything you need. We stayed during a bit of a heat wave and a fan would have been nice to have as there is no AC and during the summer the sun is out throughout basically the full day (so not much time for the room to cool down). The bed was very comfy!

This appartment is perfect. So comfortable clean and the location is amazing in the heart of the old city a few meters away from the water. We would gladly come back !

Great location. Best of any in my experience.

Easy experience, the accomodation was exactly like described. Peaceful neighbourhood, was perfect for a small family with a kid.

Kleinigkeiten können verbessert werden (fehlende Antwort auf Parkmöglichkeiten, Duschvorhang mit Stockflecken, langsames Internet)Positiv hervorzuheben sind zentral aber ruhig, da Lage Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof, schöne Einrichtung, großzügiges Wohnzimmer.

Very nice, cozy and clean lodge, near the Viking terminal (1,4km) and SL ferry line (300m). I really can recommend this lodge! Good messaging with Andreas, good advice how to get in. Little disturbing thing was the noise which came from the metal staircase when someone walked there.

Perfect place to stay

Ren och trevlig lägenhet i trivsamt område. Nackdelen var att det inte fanns tv eller mikrovågsugn vilket vi hade önskat. I övrigt bra utrustat kök.

The best thing about this apartment was the great views.
