The place is prefect, quiet and clean. The location is accessible by public transport (1 min walk to bus 76) and walkable to Metro for 10 mins. The host is helpful and responsive.

The house actually looked like photos and is big enough to host 5 people. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Grocery, bus stop is nearby. Would surely come back if given a chance.

Leiligheten fungerte som et flott utgangspunkt for vårt opphold i Åre. Veldig fin, ren og trivelig leilighet som hadde alt vi trengte. Vi hadde det helt supert her ☺️

This unit is not suitable during hot weather (e.g. the 27 deg C days I was there). A door to no balcony that did not open fully, no window, full afternoon sun, no ventilation or means of air circulation. The manager did not have a fan available - I had to go purchase one.A couple of pics are inconsistent with reality - garage shown isn't for guest use, balconies are for units on other side of building, no kettle. It is not a fully equipped kitchen - missing basics like sharp knives, wine glasses, colander, grater, dish draining rack. Intrusive comms: I was very surprised to receive a requirement for government ID, a rental agreement and a link to social media (which I refused as there is no valid reason for it and suggests scams). Then frequent comms about late checkout for a fee (even after I refused it).On the + side, the bed (once down) is very comfortable, the manager seems very friendly. The kitchen is functional and the bathroom / laundry large and accessible.

Elias was accommodating and responsive, location was wonderful and accessible. Would definitely stay here again!

Olof's place is clean, well-decorated, and quite big. Olof also gave prompt replies. One concern is the overhead lights in the room are placed so low that your head could hit them and hurt yourself.

Overall great stay, we didn't manage to make the elevator work, we didn't ask him about it since it's only second floor so we took the stairs.Other than that everything was good!

Nydelig leilighet og interiør. Eneste som var negativt var at heisen ikke funket. Ellers fine omgivelser og nær byen hvis man vil finne på noe. Hadde anbefalt til en venn igjen!

Huoneisto vastasi odotuksia, ikävä kyllä joku oli vienyt sängyn jalan ruuvin mukanansa. Harmillista, mutta toivottavasti se saadaan pian kuntoon. Alue on todella ihanan rauhallinen ja asunto oikein kivasti sisustettu! 😊

I highly recommend this modern and clean studio with a good location in a pleasant residential area and an excellent seafront view. Good communication with host and smooth check-in.

Space was clean, easy to access and in a perfect location

Very efficient process on every stage - check in, communication during the stay, check out. The place is exactly as described, it is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped and convenient to use. The location is absolutely perfect - very quiet, beautiful and modern area, convenient transportation.

Le logement était très bien, propre, clair et etait équipé d'une grande salle de bain avec beaucoup de place pour poser les affaires. Une des chambres n'avait pas de fenêtres mais nous avons laissé la porte ouverte et ouvert une fenêtre au salon.L'appartement était très bien situé pour nous car nous avions des connaissances qui vivaient non loin de là. Nous pouvions donc être chez eux en quelques minutes à pied. Il y a également un arrêt de bus tout près lorsqu'on voulait aller au centre.Ce fut un très bon séjour.Merci à Olof pour sa gentilesse et ses réponses rapides et claires.

Schöne Unterkunft auf Kungsholmen. Wir waren immer mit den Mieträdern von Moviride unterwegs, da sich die Wohnung lediglich 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt befindet. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Wohnung genossen. Absolut zu empfehlen!
