Easy place to stay in Stockholm! Super close to the ferry which is nice. The place has everything you need.

Perfect apartments

Rent, snyggt och bra uppsättning med köksgrejer. Rikligt med handdukar etc. Och kanske det bästa: lägenheten ligger på en sidogata, några sekunder från en av Gamla Stans huvudstråk, vilket innebär att det var nära överallt men att vi slapp huvudgatornas nattslammer. Stort plus för en god natts sömn! Nackdel: Stockholmsdusch, den kan ses som en upplevelse i sig.

Very professionally managed, well equipped, comfortable.

Stayed for 4 nights with our two young children. Great location - especially with kids as there are many parks nearby. As some reviews mention, there is construction behind the building but it's only an issue on weekdays and we were always up early so it didn't really impact us at all. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen is compact but you can certainly cook dinner for 4 people. If you do intend to cook, note that there aren't any staples such as olive oil or basic spices as you might find in some Airbnbs. That said, there is a well stocked grocery store right across the street. No hesitation recommending.

Good appartment in the south island of Stockholm. No in the proper center of the city but near and walkable. There's also buses and metro very near that can take to the center at every hour of the day if needed.As is in a residential zone there's also restaurants, shops, and markets very near.The appartment was clean and prepared to receive three guests with all the equipment working (no microwave hoven however).The common areas of the appartment complex were in a final phase of receiving a makeover for the better, and all was freshly painted and repaired. Some reviews notice a bad smell on those areas but not were I passed (maybe it was a problem now fixed on the makeover).Overall it was a good experience and a good place to stay to visit Stockholm.

Ett bra läge till ett bra pris. Fint med parkerna precis bredvid för barnen att leka i. Luktande gräs i hissen, och vissa oklara personer hängde utanför några kvällar men annars topp!

Für einen Städtetrip ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Die U-Bahn ist in der Nähe, das Viertel aber ruhig zum Entspannen und Baden gehen. Balkon mit tollem Blick über das Wasser. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Familien mit Kind.

Great and flexible place to stay, close to the city and multiple restaurants.

Lovely view. Apartment had all the basic amenities. The neighborhood is pleasant and reasonably well served by transit (especially the bus stop ~3 mins away). The building’s elevator was available most of the time, but it’s the manual type that requires the prior user to have closed the inner gate after leaving, so that does not always happen (and then it’s 4 flights to walk up).

The apartment is huge, bright, in a good neighbourhood and the metro and supermarket are in a walking distance. The communication with the host is very good and the check-in easy. The bathroom could need a little redo and unfortunately there is no possibility to store luggage after checkout.All in all we really enjoyed our stay :)

Utmärkt bra läge i ett lugnt område mitt i staden. Nära till tunnelbanan och till många restauranger.Vi trivdes jättebra i lägenheten!Rekommenderas!
