Location was a surprise for us, the Södermalm area of Stockholm was really cozy and peaceful, with many things to do. The apartment is like in the photos, kitchen is functional for basic cooking.Olof was communicative and quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay! The airbnb is close to the metro and bus station. It is within an area with great restaurants and cafes.

This was a great place with tons of restaurants and things to see nearby. The elevators were not working which meant we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs but apart from that it was a great place!

Five of us stayed in this apartment, which is spacious and very well located in the city, not even a 15-minute walk from the train station. The accommodation was very clean and conformed to the photos.I can only recommend staying here.

all in all great stay which was as advertised. very clean and spacious apartment, lots of kitchen equipment, 20 minutes to city center by public transport and good instructions for checking in and out

Schöne Wohnung wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte und weniger Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringt. Die Wohnung ist vor allem durch den Holzboden ziemlich laut, aber sonst nett. Wunderschöne Gegend mit tollen Restaurants, Cafés etc. Die Umgebung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

It was really nice to stay there. If you don’t wanna be in the center of Stockholm it’s a good area to spend some days there. The Airbnb had everything what we need. The only thing what was not that good, is that the elevator was not working. For the rest a nice stay.

it was a wonderful 2 days of stockholm with my fiancee at BooBoo Living. Location is bit far away from the center but it is very accessible, there are ferries, bus and metro around 10min walk. It was a perfect stay for us. room was very clean and tidy, Peaceful place, Secure and cost efficient. Andreas assisted us everything very clearly. at this budget this is the perfect apartment to stay in Stockholm.

Great place! Nice and clean, and quiet. A little warm, but in fairness, Swedish homes are not built to retain heat during Summer months. Great neighbourhood, with grocery store and gym just across the street. Walking by the harbour front was almost a necessary staple to everyday I stayed. Would love to stay again

An der Unterkunft selbst ist wenig zu meckern. Es ist eine Art Hostel/Jugendherberge, wo man mit einigen lauten Jugendlichen rechnen muss, allerdings nur in den frühen Abendstunden.Was eher bedenklich war ist, dass der Gastgeber ein zusätzliches Registrierungsformular verlangt und darin den Personalausweis als Kopie und mit extra Angabe der Nummer angeben muss. Dies halte ich für bedenklich wenn man Dinge wie Identitätsdiebstahl bedenkt. Außerdem war ich auf Airbnb bereits verifiziert, weshalb ich die Authentifizierung darüber als unnötig empfinde. Ein persönliches Vorzeigen des Persos ist hier empfehlenswert.Dankenswerterweise konnten wir uns aber doch darauf einigen, die Angabe des Persos im Formular auszulassen aufgrund meiner Gast-Bewertungen.Eine weitere Sache ist, dass man Parkgebühren bezahlen muss und die sind ziemlich saftig. 150 SEK nur dafür, dass man das Auto vor dem Gebäudekomplex abstellen darf und dann einige Meter gehen muss um überhaupt bis zur Wohnung zu kommen.

Puikus kainos ir kokybės santykis. Patogus susisiekimas su miesto centru, tiek viešuoju transportu, tiek pėsčiomis. Daug žalumos ir vidinių jaukių kiemelių šiame kvartale. Pasigedome TV, nes tai juk ne prabangos atributas šiais laikais? :) Dėl bendro fono ir jaukumo būtų prisidėjęs! Name ir už namo iš kiemo pusės vyksta statybos, remonto darbai, ne darbo metu jokie darbai nevykdomi. Didžioji dalis mūsų viešnagės vyko savaitgalį tai kažkokių nepatogumų dėl to nepatyrėme, plius mūsų buto langai buvo ne į kiemo, bet į gatves puse! Nebuvo cukraus, pipirų, ir kt. elementarių prieskonių maisto gaminimui. Iš esmės viešnagė labai patiko!

All good, warm and quite, but the check-in was like a maze room:) In conclusion it was worth it for the Sweden prices.
