My 16 Y Nephew & I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Andreas’ Stockholm apartment. The summer weather was beautiful, and the indoor temperature was comfortable. The bedroom has blockout shades & billowy privacy curtains that allow a pleasant amount of sunlight to enter the room. We shopped at the local Coop & cooked our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. We appreciated then turned off the heated floors on the bathroom… no need for extra heat in late June! Both the Metro (Tunnelbana) Station & Bus Stop were a short, easy walk from the apartment building. While walking to and from the apartment, we enjoyed the fresh scents of blooming flowers (jasmine, roses). This accommodation is quiet, clean, away from the hustle & bustle of City Center, yet easily accessible by public transportation. We would love to stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Stockholm!

Positive: The sight from the studio flatNegative: You have to give your credit card number additional to the booking com booking before you get the codes to get into the studio flat. Lots of mails before the stay is confirmed and several mails afterwards.

The apartment was nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The issue with the bathroom light was sorted out relatively quickly. The building is right next to the tram so easy to get back into the city and also right near the water so very peaceful and relaxing.

The apartment is clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Although it is a bit far from the metro and the keypad on the door is not very smooth.

This place is very clean and modern, newly decorated and nice! The area is easily accessible by public transportation and the trip to the city takes approx. 30mins, depending on the destination of course :) Elias is super communicative and the instructions are very easy to follow! This is a great place for a budget friendly stay!

The apartment was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. The coffee machine was very nice. The location was great. It was easy to get anywhere from this location. Elias was very helpful and communicated clearly. He helped us find a ride to the airport at a difficult time (Sunday morning early). Can’t say enough good things about this property.

The apartment's location is great, it's very easy to get to the city center or you can find beautiful places to walk nearby. The apartment was a very clean and comfortable, quiet neighborhood. I will recommend it but not for the families with toddlers, because there are a lot of decorations and white furniture.

The apartment is in a very calm neighborhood and close to bus and subway station. The view is amazing and totally worth what you pay for.

Très bonne communication et super localisation

Our stay was all in all good but still we didn’t feel perfectly comfortable. The apartment is really small (as declared in the description but still really small, for example there is no real shower, you shower right next to the toilet). The whole building as well as the room felt more like a hotel room. We liked that it was very clean. The bed though looked used/dirty on the head part.We thought that the room smelled like cigarette smoke every time we entered. According to Andreas it comes from the outside. Andreas replies immediately.One big advantage is the location. We really enjoyed Södermalm and being able to walk everywhere. The area is quite nice. You have to give additional information before your booking is confirmed, for example a picture of your ID. Compared to our perfect stay before in a Airbnb in the west of Sweden, we can only give 3 stars. We had perfect weather the whole time so we used the room only for sleeping.
