Guestit Acquires AGO i Åre

Guestit has acquired AGO Servicebolaget – one of Åre’s most established companies in property services and rentals. The acquisition is a strategic step in Guestit’s long-term investment in the mountain region and strengthens the company’s position in one of Sweden’s most attractive destinations.

AGO has a turnover of 50–60 million SEK and provides full-service offerings to over 150 properties in Åre. The company has a strong seasonal structure and has built deep relationships with property owners, guests, and developers in the region.

The merger means that AGO’s operations will continue as before, with the same team and contacts in Åre. Patrik Wallberg will remain as CEO. Over time, the operations will be integrated with Guestit’s platforms to create even greater value for customers.
