We’re launching e-commerce for add-on services
It should be easy for guests to tailor their stay to their needs – that’s why we’re taking the next step in making our homes even more flexible and personal.

We are now launching digital add-on services that allow guests to customize their stay directly via My Pages. Everything is gathered in one place, fully based on the services they need on this particular occasion. With just a few clicks, guests can, for example, add:
- Airport transfer
- Midstay cleaning
- Damage insurance
- Internet via eSIM.

The future of short-term accommodation: a personal experience
Many of our guests stay with us for weeks or months, often in connection with work, studies, or projects in another city. In those cases, accommodation is not just about having a place to sleep – it’s about making everyday life work.
Extra cleaning, laundry, local services, or convenient transportation can make a big difference when time is limited and focus needs to be on something other than logistics.

This is just the beginning. In the long term, we plan to expand the offering further if there is interest from guests, with services such as food delivery, car rental, laundry services, and other external solutions that make the stay even smoother.
