Hôte agréable, réactif et qui nous as donné quelques recommandations efficaces. l'appartement est fidèle à la description, et nous a fait passer un excellent moment à Åre.Seul bémol peut-être, il n'y avait pas de passoire. Un peu compliqué pour se faire des pâtes / du riz.Mais pas suffisant pour nous faire passer un mauvais moment !L'accès aux pistes est direct c'est agréable !

Strålande boende för 3-4 personer nära till allt, rent, schysst, grymt!

Everything you need for a perfect for alpine skiing / snowboarding holiday: Spacious, cozy and very practical holiday flat on the ground floor of a modern development. Everything is new & modern, the kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the sauna a nice plus. You can put on and off your skis literally at the door step and ski down to the lifts. Nordic skiing is around 1.5km from the place, and you also need a car to get to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est très central pour visiter Stockholm, nous avons fait tout à pied. Nous étions 5 adultes, le logement possède différentes espaces qui permettent de ne pas vivre les uns sur les autres. Lors de nos demandes, Orlof a été très réactif.Quant à l’équipement, au top ! Il y avait bien plus que ce qui est indiqué.Cet un logement que nous recommandons vivement.Merci et bonne continuation !

J'ai passé un très bon séjour à Stockholm durant 5 jours. L'appartement correspondait totalement aux photos, il est très bien décoré et agréable à vivre. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais cela était précisé dans l'annonce donc pas de souci. La salle de bain est également petit mais bien agencée. L'appartement est propre malgré un peu de poussière dans la chambre. L'appartement se situe dans un quartier calme et très sympathique, on est vraiment immergé dans un quartier suédois et pas touristique c'est vraiment cool ! La zone est très facile d'accès en bus mais attention le premier arrêt de métro se trouve à 20 minutes à pied ce qui n'est pas tout près. Le quartier est également rempli de jolies cafés et restaurants ! de plus il y'a une supermarché à 2 minutes de l'appartement, emplacement idéal :)Je recommande cet appartement idéal pour deux personnes !

Piccolo appartamentino ma efficiente la posizione è perfetta collegato benissimo e in un quartiere molto carino.

Perfekt ski in ski out till tottliften. Lägenheten ligger på plan 4 där "skidbron" finns till tottliften. Skidförvaringsrum med kodlås. 200m till bergbanan. Smidigt boende. Lägenheten är bäst för två, men det fungerade mycket bra även för 3 gäster mha bäddsoffan!

Logement tee spacieux avec vue sur l’eau.Très bien chauffé Facile d’accès en metro( supérette en face du métro… très pratique!)

Logement ancien beau, spacieux et très propre .Très bien placé, métro, supermarché tous les jours ouvert jusqu’à 23h, et plusieurs restaurants à proximité.Accès à l’appartement, avec ascenseur, et système de boîte à clé facile, et bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Extrêmement bien situé. Le logement correspond à la description. L'appartement offre une belle superficie de séjour. Bruit de soufflerie important la nuit. Pas de stores dans le living (compliqué si vous aimez dormir dans le noir pour ceux qui utilisent le divan lit). Les 3 étoiles sont dues au problème de propreté des couettes et oreillers vraiment très salles. (Je ne parle pas ici des housses, à part une, les housses étaient ok)

Alojamiento muy limpio y bien ubicado apartado del centro pero con parada de autobús y metro muy cercanos. Buen anfitrión. Recomendable 100%. En el alojamiento se estaba caliente y era cómodo.

We had a great time in Sweden and part of that experience was where we stayed. The accommodation was as described if not better. If I was to be picky, we couldnt find the thermostat so had to have the windows open as it got a little warm. But other than that, everything else was perfect Thank you got accommodating us

Trevlig lägenhet med bra läge. In och utcheckning var rimligt enkel. Bra men dyr parkering.Rak och tydlig kommunikation från värden Pontus. Hyr gärna igen.

The accommodation offers a perfect ski-in and ski-out experience. If you need a place to sleep during your ski trip, this is an excellent choice, with the ski lift and slope right in front of the house.However, during my stay, cleanliness was an issue. There was a considerable amount of dust and dirt in the small kitchen/living/sleeping room and also in the bathroom. It's disappointing because a quick cleaning with a vacuum would have resolved this issue in just a few minutes.Additionally, some essential items were missing from the kitchen. While there were a sponge, scrub brush, and a towel for drying, dish soap for washing plates and utensils was not provided. Consequently, the dishes didn't look their best. If such items are offered, including dish soap would enhance the guest experience.I also noticed a lack of commonly provided spices that are typically found in such accommodations.Despite these points, overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
