We stayed at Fredrick's for 5 days and I can only speak of love!Love for the city and the people who live there, and love for the beautiful Scandinavean vibe apartment! What a blast.Enjoy the clean design and the gorgeous windows that take this place to the next level, especially in winter when everyone lights up the balcony with some lights! I highly recommend it and will certainly go back if I can! (Don't forget to go out and enjoy the city and the local food)

Optimale Lage, grosszügige, saubere Wohnung

Andreas’s place is a great location. Not too far from the center (about 8 minute walk to the station , then a 10 minute train) , but also in a peaceful residential area for some rest time at the end of the day. Most importantly we felt safe in the area. We were provided with what we needed in the kitchen , bathroom and bedroom. Thank you again Andreas for a lovely stay !

Super schönes Loft in Stockholm. Die Ausstattung war grandios, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Fredrik antwortet schnell und hilfreich auf Fragen. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist man gerne auch tagsüber in dem schönen Apartment geblieben und hat dort gemütliche Tage verbracht. Wunderschön!!

Wonderful stay in a magical location. We were walking distance or a short bus or subway ride to everywhere we wanted to go. The place was clean and the beds comfy and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and like other reviewers mentioned the coffee maker made excellent coffee, which was a great way to start each day. The bathroom was also fully stocked with plenty of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, hairdryer, and even laundry detergent for the washer. We even enjoyed a game of memory with pictures from Sweden. We didn’t have much time to watch TV, but when we did we had no problem turning things on. The apartment even had a JBL Flip 5 Bluetooth speaker, although we opted to use our little Bose speaker we had brought. The apartment was on the top floor without an elevator, but the stairs were wide and had a hand rail so it was great exercise. Be aware that the front door of the building is on a pedestrian street where only authorized vehicles can drive, so give alternate address to Uber.

Amazing place , I felt really at home . Has a very homely and cozy atmosphere. The place was very clean and tidy . Andreas is very friendly and helpful . A lot of towels etc provided. I totally recommend 10/10 . Looks even better than in the pictures .

Väldigt bra boende och nära till skidbackarna. Trevlig lägenhet som rymde det som behövdes för några dagars härlig skidåkning.

The place was very nice for such an interesting price. The host was very friendly and always replied quickly with great guidance and instructions. I highly recommend!

Lägenhet i nyskick, kändes som att vi var de första gästerna? När hela skidområdet är öppet bör det vara ski in/out men promenad till Stjärnbacken tog nu ca 5 min och var helt överkomligt. Bergbanan funkar bra som transport ner till Åre torg.

Siamo stati benissimo! Olof è un ottimo host. L'appartamento era molto carino, comodo ed estremamente pulito. Torneremmo volentieri da lui se decidessimo di passare altri giorni a Stoccolma. 🙂

Wonderful stay! Bed was very comfortable. Loved to stay in a typical Stockholm building, with the old elevator 😍. Neighbourhood filled with nice (vintage) stores, book stores, wine bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to from metro Slussen or Mariatorget. Tip: if you’re visiting Stockholm, check if there is an ice hockey / bandy match going on at the nearby Zinkensdamm 😊 just note that absolutely NO bags are allowed when going to a match. All in all: perfect place to stay and explore Stockholm’s hippest area.

Had such a beautiful and relaxing stay, amazing location, 10 minutes walk to the metro and 5 minutes into the old town, beautiful property, comfortable and clean and a typical Scandinavian aesthetic, thank you to Fredrik for being very responsive friendly and amazingly helpful

Appartement bien fidèle à la description. Les instructions fournies par Fredrik sont très claires. Le logement est très bien situé, propre et agréable. Je recommande fortement.

This is a great apartment. It is close to everything and has in it you need for a comfortable stay. And it has great parking.

Petit logement facile d’accès, bien situé à proximité des transports en commun (2min de la station de métro), à moins de 10min en métro de la vieille ville. Quartier calme. L’appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et fonctionnel. Petit bémol, il n’y a pas de meuble pour ranger les vêtements. Andreas est réactif en cas de besoin. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

We had a nice stay and the place was well worth what we paid for.It was a touch cold, with one heater not operating and we hadn’t noticed in the listing that there was no bedroom door. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and great value.

We had a lovely stay in Fredrik‘s apartment and it really contributed to making our little trip to Stockholm such a wonderful experience.The apartment is small but definitely big enough for two persons. It is very clean and the vintage design makes it feel super cute and cozy. For us, the apartment was just perfectly located. It’s right in the old town, which is a busier area but also has a very special charm. It is a perfect base to explore Stockholm as many of the sights and shopping in Södermalm and Östermalm can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Otherwise, the next train station is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment.We would definitely recommend the place. Thank you very much Fredrik!
