Awesome location for a nice stay in Stockholm. Lots to do within walking distance. Small space but well thought out so it was a cozy space to come back to. Would definitely stay again

Hörnlägenhet, fin utsikt, fridfullt när jag var där.Parkering utomhus något dyr, men eftersom boendet var förmånligt så gjorde inteder aå mycket. Enda jag kan klaga på att det sandats så dåligt runt fastigheten så ma halkade och slig sig. Det måste skötas bättre

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The ski-in ski-out feature was wonderful and the apartment matched the pictures.Kimmo was an excellent host being both responsive and helpful.I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Åre.

Andreas’s apartment was the perfect landing for a couple days in Stockholm. The apartment is perfectly clean, centrally located and close to everything you could need. Andreas was always kind, responsive and helpful.

Mycket bra allting rent snyggt och bra instruktioner. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Rent och snyggt, tydliga instruktioner, nära byn, ski in/out. kanonnöjd.

Fint och lämpligt boende.

Jättebra boende med nära till backen och Åre Torg. Lugnt och stillsamt, perfekt för att slappna av efter en heldag i backen.Skulle behöva byta ut stekpannan kanske. Annars var allt kanonbra.

Fin lägenhet med perfekt läge. Pontus var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig!

We had a great stay at Andreas’s home! It was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed and the place was very nicely decorated. The location was good and Andreas was very communicative. We enjoyed our visit!

The place was really nice, everything looked as it looks on the photos. Just a few things missed were the doors between rooms, and a kettle, but it was still possible to boil the water with gas stove. It’s a quiet district with a good public transport option, the bus stop is exactly near the house. Fredrik also was really nice and responded quickly. There was only one a bit confusing thing, we asked for the late check out, and he refused it with the reason of next guests, but the apartment was free on Airbnb to book. Anyway, we were happy to spend time there.

This is an apartment inside a hotel where each apartment is owned by a private person. The booking and communication felt almost like something between a private person and a company.The location is amazing, just next to one of the lifts with proper ski-in/ski-out. You take the elevator to the top flor and walk over a bridge to the lift. Outside each room in the corridors there's a stand for skis and snowboards. It's also very close to the Åre Bergbana which takes you either to Åre torg or to Fjällgården and other lifts.The apartment was a bit smaller than it looks on the pictures and there's only one door to the bedroom with a queen size bed. The listing said "two bunk beds" which means two beds in one bunk. Total three beds and one couch bed. Big and fresh bathroom. Ok equipped kitchen.The cleaning was ok but not great, found some trash under the couch and quite dusty under beds.All and all very affordable and good value for the money. Great location! Would recommend.

The room was clean and easily accessible. Communication with the host was flawless (maybe even a little bit too much information). Unfortunately, there is an unreasonably high cleaning fee. Sheets have to be removed yourself, garbage has to be collected. Not a problem, but keep in mind, that there is a steep street leading up from the train station.

Olof is very responsive host. It was very easy to check in and out. Good location nearby public transport.

Voor ons dient een kamer op air b&b slechts om te slapen en een douche te nemen. Het belangrijkste is dan ook de ligging. Deze is in dit geval super! Pal in centrum in doodlopende rustige straat, dicht bij metro en groot busstation Slussen, vandaar raak je werkelijk overal. De douche had perfect warm water, was klein, maar eerlijk beschreven op de advertentie, dus geen probleem. In het gebouw hebben wij niks van lawaai gehoord, misschien waren we er alleen? Er gingen overal aan de trap van die sleutelkastjes, gemakkelijk systeem voor de sleuteloverdracht. Voor de toekomst zouden we deze kamer nogmaals boeken indien we zouden terugkomen
