Great place to stay. Lack of curtains wasn't ideal given my stay was around mid summer and days were long and bright, but otherwise it was a comfortable, clean and relaxing apartment.

This place was great! The host Wass very communicative and responsive when we sent messages. I appreciate how he was flexible with checkin and very understanding about traveling. I would highly recommend. As for the location, there is close access to buses and multiple cafes near by. There is also a great grocery store with many options next door.

The place was comfortable and clean. Very conveniently located. The only thing is it’s very hard to understand why there’s no blackouts or even curtains in the living room (which we had to use as the second bedroom since the double bed is way too small for a couple). In Stockholm there’s barely 3 hours of dark in the night during the summer, this means that the person sleeping in the living room almost has to sleep with full light for the larger chunk of the night. Besides light getting in, there’s another apartment looking right into this one, which means there’s ZERO privacy for the person sleeping in the sofa-bed. Fredrik’s answer was this is how it looked in the pictures, it just doesn’t make sense why such a simple adjustment to the apartment hasn’t been made. The apartment is also a bit hot during a summer night so windows have to be left open. This made it a bit noisy. We appreciated how clean it was but not being able to get a good night’s sleep is a deal breaker.

Wir sind mit dem Bus angereist, auf dem ersten Blick hat man den Eindruck auf einer Baustelle zu wohnen, aber es war erstaunlich ruhig. Die Umstände wurden in der Wohnungsbeschreibung angegeben, waren somit bekannt. Und auch die Umgebung hat mehr geboten als der erste Eindruck vermuten ließ. Direkt um die Ecke ein Freibad im alten Hafenbecken mit vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten drumherum. Zum Anfang haben wir uns etwas geärgert, da das Apartment nicht gereinigt war. Die Kommunikation war dann gut, Elias hat uns ein anderes Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt.Wir können den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

If you are traveling alone, this is a very good accommodation. The city center is easily accessible on foot and there are a lot of parks not far from the apartment

Nice little place, no complaints.

We came for a workshop on the next island and could walk to our venue. That was perfect and what we were looking for. A little selection of restaurants and shops also is in walking distance for daily food supply. There is a tram station from which every other corner of Stockholm can be explored. We might come again to do that. The apartment is well equipped and maintained. Andreas is always just a message away.

Bra ställe…Bra läge. Tog en halvtimme-40min att gå från Ullevi.Gott om Voi’ar och hyrescyklar om man vill.Värt priset helt klart.

Lite problem med att komma in då vi fått fel kod. Snabbt svar från värden, men verkade inte som han hade koll på rätt kod, vi fick gissa oss fram. I övrigt inget att klaga på. Rent, fräscht och modernt. Trevligt område som bara kommer bli bättre och bättre i takt med att fler hus färdigställs. Bekvämt avstånd, enkelt att ta sig in till city.

Brand new and very clean. Place is practically an IKEA show home. The area is made up of what seems to be exclusively let apartments so a bit like staying on a holiday camp. I didn’t have any interaction with host, picked up and dropped key with simple instructions. Very compact so not really a place to spend time but good amenities in the apartment such as an oven and a washing machine should you so wish.There is a lot of construction nearby but they were not noisy. We walked there from the central train station which took around 30 mins. Easy enough to find.

All good. Easy and friendly contact at all times. Location is perfect for a trip to Göteborg. Tram and busses are nearby, city center is very accessible.
