Everything was amazing. Just need a TV and a microwave to be perfect. Beside that, I recommend it for those who are looking for a quiet place for holiday.

The apartment locates in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The walk to Karlaplan was quite pleasant in the summer days. I and my family enjoyed lying down on the couch or writing journal at the table after a day of touring the city. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is tiny but clean and dry soon after taking shower. It would have been even greater if there’s any laundry solutions provided by the host.

Mycket fin lägenhet i ett fint område. Vacker utsikt över Göteborg. Nära till allt. Värden var jätte bra. Planerar att bo här igen i framtiden.

Elias kommunikation är superbra och jätte trevlig. Både inför incheckning och utcheckning 👍Lägenheten var allt vi behövde, fräsch, ny, bra utrustad, kök, värme/kylsystem, wifi..(Enda vi uppmärksammade var att kaffekannan var inte ren)Bra ställe och vi kan tänka oss återkomma till kommande gothia cuper 🤗👍

Nära till buss o centrum. Vackert vid havet. Hade gärna önskat Micro, kökshandduk o skärbräda. Litet men städat o rent. Sköna sängar ett +

We had an overall very nice stay in the apartment. It’s a ten minute walk to public transport which is convenient. The building looks brand new and seems to be only other short term rentals which is kind of a weird feel. Aside from that, everything looked brand new inside the flat, but the downside was that we had to cut off some ikea tags from some brand new dishes and appliances and wash the glasses for the first time. When we arrived there was no power in the flat so it seemed like no one has been in for some time, so we had to wait and get help turning it back on. The small space was maximized really well with the furniture design, so there was lots of storage and everything you needed is there, despite the small square footage. So this was perfect for us for a long weekend. Check in and check out were really easy and self-service. If you’re tall, you will most likely accidentally your head often in the upstairs loft. Overall the flat was great for our needs!

Guter und einfacher Check-in, alles wie beschrieben. Allerdings war unser Geschirr nass als wir ankamen, das war etwas merkwürdig, aber für uns auch nicht weiter schlimm.

Everyting was good. The place was Clean and New. It had What we needed for our stay during a week where we watched football (Gothia -cup). Easy to Get around to the footballfiels. Only ten minutes walk from the bus and tram, that took us to city center.Most importert: the appartment was Clean, tidy, minimalistic, small and cosy.The aera around was under devolment, so not much to do there, but still ok, and very quizet.Can recomend it for short stays.

Logement propre, dans un quartier calme.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Innerhalb von zehn Minuten war man in der Stadt, die Unterkunft selbst lag in einem ruhigen und schönen Park. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Die Treppe in der Wohnung ist allerdings steiler als es auf den Bildern wirkt, glücklicherweise war das für uns kein Problem.

Flott liten leilighet. Det var rent og hadde det man trenger for 2 overnattinger. Kan gjerne overnatte der igjen.

Always a pleasure to stay at this place. Free parking and close to public transport, the city and local conveniences.

Nice, cozy and clean place. Bonus for the shared sauna. However the booking system of the sauna had changed and we got some old instructions for booking. Thus we did not have the chance to book the sauna and we just used it when it was free. Luckily it was low season, so there was no problem. I am sure Kimmo will fix the instructions as soon as he gets the new info about the booking system.

This place was really great! the view from here is unbeatable. There was everything provided as listed in the description. We liked that the kitchen had an oven too! The place was very clean and it felt at home. Pontus provided very clear instructions, we did not have any problems checking-in. It's a tiny bit of a walk up the hill but it's a great exercise too. It was definitely worth the view we got from here! 😊

Everything as described. Clean accommodation with a great view over the lake and easy commute to the lifts. Communication with Pontus was easy and replies quick.

Value for money and close to the city center! We traveled via car and got quite confused with the directions to the place since Gps maps wasn't quite accurate. Space is as described. Good for 4 but if you wanna freely move around it's really for 2 max but it's still a great deal.

Schickes kleines Apartment. Die Lage ist gut, eventuell etwas schwer zu finden, weil das Gebiet noch im Aufbau ist. Die Küche ist sehr minimalistisch ausgestattet, es gibt grundlegendes (für 4 Personen, nicht 5). Zum Frühstücken reicht es gut, wirklich kochen kann man dort nicht. Der Ausblick über den Hafen ist toll.

Clean, nice appartement. Located on a good starting point to explore Stockholm. Good contact with the host, who answers quick on questions.
