The apartment was very clean, we had to wait a little bit because it was still being cleaned, but Olof informed us about it so it was ok. We booked it less than 1 day before arrival but the communication with Olof was amazing and he responded quickly to all messages. The instructions for check in were simple and easily understandable. The apartment has everything you need and for this price it is top 1 choice. I definitely recommend Olof and his apartment.

Nice stay with good standard

If you are looking for a quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent public transport this is an very good choice.The apartment is very clean and bright and Andreas reacted very quickly when we had a problem.

Such a great space and a perfect launching point to enjoy Södermalm and the rest of Stockholm. Great places to eat nearby, amazing cafés, thrift stores, and other shopping options. Is walkable to a few museums. The place itself is charming and incredibly comfortable. We had everything we needed and would choose Elias’ place again in a heartbeat.

Wir haben mit vier Personen, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, sechs und zwölf Jahre alt, bei Elias eine Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber das steht ja auch in der Beschreibung. Mit etwas Disziplin kann man es dort auf jeden Fall aushalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, so etwas bleibt auf jeden Fall in Erinnerung.Die Wohnung war sauber und genau so ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Elias ist ein guter Gastgeber und war sofort zur Stelle, als etwas fehlte.Wir waren ohne Auto dort, die Unterkunft ist aber hervorragend mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle liegt die quasi vor der Tür und zur nächsten Tunnelbahn ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Utsikten 10 poäng. Läget 10 poäng. Badrum med golvvärme 10 poäng. Värden Pontus 10 poäng :) Vi missade dock att det saknas ugn och frys. Inredningen överensstämmer inte helt med bilderna, men det är en petitess i sammanhanget. Torkskåp hade varit ett plus. Sammantaget kan vi varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Great place to stay!

ski in ski out, perfect location near the ski lift

Perfect for a family of four with kids aged 7-9. Ski-in/ski-out makes life so much easier with kids. The place is not big but also not tiny - the living room had space for cooking, eating at a proper table and hanging out on the couch without feeling cramped. Nice big bathroom and easy to walk down to the village. Felt like really good value considering the super convenient location.

Loved my stay at Fredrik’s apartment! It looked exactly as described, very easy check in and in the best location, walkable to everything! I would highly recommend and absolutely would stay here again!

Wir waren im allgemeinen sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Viele verschiedene und leckere Restaurants waren in der Nähe und reichlich Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Das einzige was uns einwenig gestört hat ist, dass wir eine Service Pauschale bezahlen müssen und dennoch beim auschecken des Apartments den Müll entsorgen und die Betten abziehen müssen.

Very good apartments in the Stockholm! Very convenient, with kitchen and washing machine. Highly recommend

The apartment can fit even 5 and all beds are separate. it is new and modern. no keys are used to enter it, only codes. the free parking is also very useful if you have a car, which is recommended as it is distant from the city center. I would recommend it for a group of 4 or 5 who have a car and don't mind traveling to the city center.
