Fredrik is a great host. He was very kind and gave us all the information we needed way before our planned stay. Finding and opening the lockbox was a bit of a hassle because there are several hidden between many parked bikes. The apartment itself is quite nice. It’s unfinished (several drilling holes and nails in the wall, paint on some parts of the floor, a tiny and old bathroom). It was clean, which is always one of the most important aspects of a stay. In general, the apartment looks better in the ad than in real life, but it wasn’t bad at all! The bedroom was too small for our liking, but again, it was fine.

We enjoyed our stay at Fredricks in Stockholm. The location was the best. You will be happy at his home if location is important and convenient to everything as well to train and airport. Thank you!!

Good sized apartment for our family of four. Beautiful views of water and city, clean, well-equipped, and located near transportation but also an easy and pretty walk to city center if weather is good. Communication was prompt and we appreciated the extra information, ex. ways to get from the airport to the apartment and approximate costs.

Our time in Stockholm was really great, especially thanks to this cosy home.Yes, the apartment is really small, but it has everything you need - the bed was comfy, there is small table for eating or for ''home office'', kitchen has all the necessities, there was hairdryer and even ironing set. The apartment is really close to the city centre (we really enjoyed the walk through the city), but the street itself is so peaceful and quiet.The shower is indeed a little bit funny (I have never seen a solution like that), but it wasn't uncomfortable or anything and didn't bother us at all. Rather, it's a cool memory now.

Die Wohnung hat eine super guter Lage in Södermalm. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und das Bett sehr bequem. Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, hat das Bad keine extra Duschkabine, so dass nach dem Duschen immer alles komplett nass ist. Zudem riecht der Abfluss etwas muffig. Die Küchenausstattung ist aufs Notwendigste reduziert; ein paar tiefe Teller zum Pastaessen wären beispielsweise noch schön gewesen. Insgesamt hatte ich aber einen schönen Aufenthalt, Elias war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war super.

Beautiful apartment in one of the best areas. Everything was clean and communicate with the host it’s been very easy!

We stayed in Stockholm for 3 nights and this apartment fully satisfied all our needs. It has all the necessary equipment, there is enough space for 2 people with 2 large suitcases, and besides, it is very well thought out and comfortable. We used the kitchen, the hood works well and there were no problems with the fire alarm. Olof was friendly, gave us all the information we needed and was always in touch. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely come back here again!

Hadde en flott uke i byen - enkelt å besøke sentrum fra leiligheten. Den var nært t-banen.

Fredrik is a good host, communicates effectively. His apartment is wonderfully located in the old centre of Stockholm, with quick access to subway. The apartment is nice, functional for a weeks stay. With Some minor items to improve, like the bathroom drainage, I m sure people will have a great time.

Nice apartment in a great location. A typical Stockholm inner city apartment. Very clean and well ordered. Some signs of wear and tear, but everything is in working order. Great choice for a family with plenty of space to socialise and spend time together.

Great place. Very clean, well organised, very central. Smallish (as you can see from the pictures), but has what you need if you plan to be out and about most of the day anyway.

Nice place, good for visiting Stockholm

Had a great stay at Fredrick's little apartment. The location was great and it was easy to get to the city centre. The apartment is small but comfortable. Communicating with Fredrik was easy and he was quick to respond. would definitely recommend for a short stay in Stockholm.
