Apartment was clean and had basic amenities. The neighborhood is fun but very loud. Lots of street noise. As mentioned, the bathroom has no ventilation so it gets musky and the apartment was very warm in August. The only option for cool air was to open the windows, but then you get the noise from the street, making it hard to sleep. The space is best suited for adults. It was quite cramped for 3 adults and 2 kids and it’s not child friendly due to the open windows. Communication with the host was prompt but there is no introductory information about the apartment or neighborhood other than standard check-in procedures and rules. This is a good option for 1 or 2 people in need of a very basic place to drop their stuff and explore Stockholm.

L’appartamento è situato in una posizione ottimale per poter raggiungere ogni parte della città. I collegamenti sono presenti ed efficienti. L’appartamento è molto bello e con tutto il necessario.

Great location with a great view over the lake and surrounding mountains!5 minute ride from the bikepark trails, walking distance from the Åre village.Clean and modern place with 3 separate rooms, with comfy beds for a good night's sleep.Cherry on the top is a really good sauna and the jacuzzi on the terrace where you can enjoy the view!

J’ai passé un très bon séjour, le logement et vraiment bien situé. Dans les instructions fournie tout était tres clair et bien détaillé.Je recommande fortement et il n’y a pas de doute que lorsque je reviendrai ca sera à cette adresse.

Nous avons passé un excellent Séjour à Stockholm. L’appartement moderne et fonctionnel, est situé dans un quartier très calme à 15-20 min du centre en prenant le tramway ou le bus puis le métro.La literie est confortable et le système sans clé est très pratique. Merci à Olof pour sa réactivité !

The house was clean with a small kitchen and fridge. The livingroom was small, especially when the bed was folded out. For us that was OK. We had plenty of room, since we were not in the apartment most of the time. Furthermore, we new up front that the apartment was small. The bathroom was spacious. The folding bed in the cabinet slept well.The apartment is very easily accessible by car and we could park next to the building. When we arrived the parkingarea was full. It was not easy to find another parkingplace. It was a bit of a puzzle where to park especially if you are not familiar in the area.Public transport such as bus and light rail are within walking distance (within a radius of less than 1 KM). This is ideal to explore and visit Stockholm and the islands.In the summer it can be quite warm. When you arrive back after a long day and the apartment has been closed all day, it can be very warm in the apartment. Fortunately the window/door can be opened for the necessary cooling and fresh air. Air conditioning or something of a fan would be nice.Communication with Olof was good. He responded to our questions quickly.

Nice and clean

Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem kleinen, aber feinen Appartement verbracht. Obwohl Appartement sehr klein ist, hat es alles was man braucht. Ich war fasziniert wie alles effizient gestaltet ist. Man findet alles, was man auf der Reise braucht! Das Appartement befindet sich in einer guten Gegend ca. 30 min von Stockholm City. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in die Stadt zu kommen: Bus, Tram, u-Bahn, Schiff. Check-in lief gut. Da das Appartement sehr modern ist, benötigt man für vieles eine Anleitung. Mir hat die Info gefehlt wie man den Herd entsperrt. Aber mit Hilfe des interneres hat es sich gelöst. Es gibt viele Regeln in dem Appartement, die zu befolgen sind. Man gewöhnt sich aber daran. Wir würden gerne noch mal bleiben während unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Stockholm.

Ottima la posizione dell'appartamento, perfetta per raggiungere a piedi ogni posto di Stoccolma.Vicino alla metropolitana: supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, in un quartiere vivo ed elegante.Appartamento mansardato, pulito, cucina nuova completa di tutto, grande televisore con smart tv.Ottime le indicazioni per check-in e check-outConsigliatissimo!

Très bel appartement, joliment décoré, dans un quartier très calme et très agréable, proche du centre, à deux pas du métro. Le séjour à Stockholm dans ces conditions est vraiment fantastique. Les consignes sont très claires pour arriver et repartir du logement, Elias est disponible pour les questions, et l'appartement est très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.
