Clean 4th floor apartment in a quiet, newer building with an elevator. The bathroom and kitchen are small. The bedroom is in the open loft. Easy code access to the building and apartment. Olof responds very quickly to any questions or problems. The washer/dryer, thermostat, cooktop, and outside door are a little confusing to operate but function fine. There’s no balcony but an exterior door opens for fresh air.There’s no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen. There’s a four burner induction cooktop with pots and pans for meal prep but without an oven to bake or broil, making a large dinner is not simple. The refrigerator is dorm room sized with a tiny freezer. There’s nothing in the way of cooking supplies but an ICA grocery store is nearby.The WiFi in the apartment isn’t great: we could only connect 2 devices at one time and it’s slow. I got 4 Mg downstream and 3 Mg upstream when I ran a speed test. However, we were able to stream video on one device. The off-street parking is outdoor next to the building with limited spaces that aren’t reserved. It’s best to park your car and leave it if possible since public transportation is a 5 minute walk; trains and busses run frequently. It takes about 30 minutes to get to old-town Stockholm (Gamla Stan).Overall, a good place to stay but you should understand the limitations with the kitchen, bathroom, and WiFi.

Super clean and tidy and the optimal location for visiting Stockholm. Right next to the subway and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and sights on the doorstep. The host's communication was superb and fast to reply to queries. The property is smaller than expected as the pictures make it look more spacious, however, the bathroom is a good size and everything is in good condition.The neighbours are very polite and quiet, however, I did feel like there wasn't much privacy due to the apartments being connected. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely be staying again in the future! Amazing host and beautiful property.

There is no better place than this if you make it out to Stockholm. Right in the center of old town it offers the view and all the fun accommodations and fun from grocery stores to bars to find restaurants. What’s just as great is Fredriks great communication should anything come up or just for questions in general.

Nice and clean apartment. Close to public transport, only a short ride to Stockholm city centre. Good communication, Olof was very quick to respond to everything.

Super bien placé, proche du métro et dans un quartier agréable.L’arrivée se fait facilement grâce à un code.Les photos doivent être mises à jour car plus de télé, des trous dans les murs dans la chambre car plus de tablette de chevet.La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, lave vaisselle et machine à laver le linge.Par contre pas de machine à café.Bon séjour je le conseille malgré ces petits défauts.

Vi var glade for at være i Elias lejlighed i Stockholm. Lejligheden er lys, ren og funktionel. Beliggendeheden er helt perfekt i forhold til at bevæge sig rundt i Stockholm, da den ligger meget centralt.

El apartamento está muy bien situado para realizar una visita a la ciudad. La documentación del anuncio es veraz , es pequeñito pero muy limpio. El cuarto de baño como bien indica en el anuncio es pequeño

The place was great, close to the subway in a peaceful neighborhood. It was clean and well-equipped. Although we did find it a bit intrusive to ask for our LinkedIn/social media.

Trevlig liten lägenhet för 3 personer i lugnt område när tunnelbanan. Det var enkelt att hitta dit och enkelt att ”checka in” efter instruktioner från värden.

El apartamento está muy bien situado y muy limpio, cerca de la parada de metro de Mariatorget y de supermercados y restaurantes. Se puede ir andando al centro histórico. El baño es muy pequeño pero funciona perfectamente. Elias fue muy amable y nos proporcionó indicaciones precisas.
