Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Stugan har ett väldigt bra läge, bara några få minuters gång till Åre torg och tågstationen.Vi var 4 st, stugan var perfekt storlek, gott om gemensamt utrymme och väldigt sköna sängar för alla 4. Bra att det fanns bod för skidförvaring.

Fräscht o fint boende! Nära backen o byn.

Lugnt område där det var enkelt att hitta parkering. Nära till Tunnelbana för att ta sig till centrala Stockholm.Snabb kommunikation med värden med tydliga instruktioner.Enkelt boende med bra sängar.

Pontus lägenhet i Åre var perfekt för långhelg med mycket skidåkning. Som värd var Pontus lätt att få tag på och mycket bra att ha att göra med. Kommer mer än gärna tillbaka till Åre, så klart, och då hyr vi mycket gärna av Pontus igen!

Great place, just next to the slope and a small walk to restaurants and bar. Second time at Pontus place, I’ll be back :)The host is clear and response really fast!

Tydliga instruktioner, bra läge 10/10

An excellent place to stay with a gorgeous view! A perfect fit for two people. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the harbor. The train station is a short walk away and easy to find. The beds and couch were super comfy and the room was well lit. The bed is two separate twin beds pushed together. The dining chairs are wicker, not very comfortable, and there isn't a lot of space to cook. The shower has a glass wall separating the faucet and toilet, but the sink can get wet if you dont aim the shower away from it. Everything was clean when we arrived and quiet throughout our stay. It is on the fourth floor and we couldn't figure out the elevator so be aware if you don't like stairs haha. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely pick Elias's place again!!

Small space, but good value for money and great location

Great little apartment, a bit out of the main areas, but it was easy to walk in or use the metro to get to the centre. Very quiet apartment, ideal for my stay .

Nice cozy studio, perfect for one person or a couple who want to be close to Stockholm and have a really good price / value place to stay at. Recommend!

Very nice studio apartment in clean and safe block.Quite a walk from town up a steep hill but not a problem if the little train is working.10 min walk otherwise.Location gives you total ski in/out from bridge to slope on the roof.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine super Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Zum Kochen ist alles notwendige da. Lediglich die Lage war für Personen die zu Fuß reisen nicht ganz optimal, da man ein gutes Stück den Berg hochlaufen muss um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Das war mit zwei großen Rucksäcken + Skiern und Einkäufen nicht ganz einfach und ich musste drei mal den Berg hochlaufen. Mit dem Auto ist das aber kein Problem. Außerdem wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gegeben hätte das Gepäck in der Unterkunft zu lagern, falls vor check in ankommt. Insgesamt bin ich jedoch sehr zufrieden und würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Auf Fragen hat Pontus schnell reagiert.

Really great deal. not in the center of city, but just about 20 minutes away from it. there is also a ferry about 15 minutes away, that is part of the public transport of the city and is very comfortable and convenient, if you are not in a hurry. took about 40 minutes ride to the Skansen museum. very warm and clean. comfortable beds, even there foldable one.

Stylish newly renovated historic apartment in the old town Gamla Stan close to transport links.

We had a really nice time staying at Pontus’s place. The apartment was nice and tidy, information and communication with/from Pontus was very clear. A big plus was how close it was to the slopes! Would definitely recommend!

Good location, great communication from host.Place was clean but needs maintenance.Also furniture is too big for size of apartment so its difficult to move around.Place needs a renovation especially the bathroom.
