Everything it says on the tin.Lovely little apartment in a great location. Very close to all the amenities. The area is so quite at night it's lovely. The apartment is right opposite the Coop supermarket which does mean you are subjected to delivery lorries at 6.30am. However this is a small price to pay as everything else is great.The beds were also super comfortable.Enjoy

We had a perfect two night stay at Johannes’ apartment. It has everything you could need for a short ski trip. The kitchen has all the essential for breakfast and simple dinners. There was a lovely view of Åre out of the window. And check-in was super simple. The place is a bit up on the mountain - but less than 10 min walk to the centre of town. Just need to be careful walking downhill when icy, but uphill is much easier! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Such a lovely apartment. It felt like all the details were thought. The location was amazing, one of the areas I love the most. We really enjoyed it! I would highly recommend it.

Small space but really everything you need for a great skiing holiday. A bridge takes you from the ski storage room on the top floor straight to the tott t-bar lift, and tottbryggan (101) lets you ski all the way home from piste 75/76. Take Bergbanan and get off at the first stop if you don’t want to climb the hill to get to the house.

Fin studiolejlighed i Tott bygning lige ved lift og pist i Åre. Som et stort serviceret hotelværelse med redt seng, sofa og flot udsigt over årefjeldet. Der er tekøkken (kogeplade, køleskab) så man kan lave lette ting som lidt kreativ morgenmad og kaffe. Alt fungerer som beskrevet i kommunikationen med løbende info man får fra Kimmo. Det gik fint for os at være med tog til Åre uden bil og okay nemt at komme til og fra lejligheden, selvom man har brug for et sted til sin bagage på ankomst og afrejsedagen. Vi brugte bjergbanen et par gange. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Nice and clean apartment with great view. Location is perfect for skiing and just a short walk to the city center. I can really recommend this apartment.

Very good Location for a trip to Stockholm!

Fräscht, modernt och prisvärt boende med härlig utsikt över Åresjön. Lägenheten är liten men välplanerad och har det man behöver för en vecka skidsemester (tom bastu). Vi bodde 5 pers, vilket funkade men är något trångt (en sov på bäddsoffan). Optimalt för 4 pers.Läget passade oss bra, med 500 m till Tottliften tog vi oss relativt snabbt ut i backarna. Promenad till centrum på ca 20 min, om man inte tar Bergbanan från mellanstationen. Kan rekommendera detta boende!

Vi trivdes jättebra! Toppenbra läge & supertrevlig lägenhet. Funkade perfekt för oss två. :)) diskmaskin hade ej skadat men annars 10/10 vi är supernöjda.

The apartment is nice and close to Stockholm downtown. Just a few minutes walking or a metro stop from Karlaplan, Östermalm. Groceries at walkable distance. Quiet neighbourhood.

Ons verblijf in het appartement was geweldig. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in het huisje. Alleen een router voor de wifi ontbrak. Wanneer je geen auto hebt en naar de piste moet lopen is de weg wel gevaarlijk, aangezien er niet een pad is voor wandelaars. De communicatie met de host was heel fijn en duidelijk.
