We had a great time at this lovely appartment. You can easily reach it by foot from the town center, or you could use the Bergbanan to avoid the climb. The slopes are also easily accessible via the Bergbanan or by taking the actual bridge between the building and the Fjällgårdsexpressen! Johannes has been a great host: communication was clear, check-in and check-out instructions were clear and the appartment was clean and tidy. We also ejoyed the chess/backgammon game which was available. We'd love to come back. :)

My family and I stayed at Johannes’ apartment for Ski Week and it was great. It was perfect for a ski in and ski out holiday. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement. L’hôte nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires quant à notre séjour.Le logement est propre, joliment décoré et très calme. Il y avait tout le nécessaire. Quelques améliorations pourraient y être apportées (rideau de douche trop court donc se colle à la peau constamment pendant la douche, pas d’ampoule au plafond dans la chambre, les vitres s’ouvrent très difficilement) mais rien n’empêchant de passer un bon séjour.Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter!

Spacious new and very well maintained gallery flat. Own free parking spaces at the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the train station and a 20-minute train ride to the centre of Stockholm. Olof is easy to contact with questions and answers very quickly. Thank you very much.

Die Wohnung ist keine echte Airbnb Unterkunft, sondern eine reine Ferienwohnung, die nie privat genutzt wird. Das fand ich aber nicht schlimm, im Gegenteil. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat aber guten Anschluss an ÖPNV (Tunnelbana Gärdet ca 4 Minuten, Bus 1 (7 Minuten) oder 54 (2 Minuten)). Auch ein Supermarkt ist in ca 7 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Einkaufszentrum Karlaplan ist zu Fuss ca 15 Minuten weg oder 1 Ubahn Station.Die Wohnung ist modern und schlicht in IKEA eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern (in einem der Schlafzimmer ist nur Platz für das Bett, es ist also winzig) und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Ich persönlich habe nur eine Mikrowelle vermisst.Ärgerlich war, dass in der Anzeige stand, dass der Fernseher mit apple TV funktioniert. Fakt ist aber, dass es in der Wohnung gar keinen Fernseher gibt.2 weitere Dinge muss ich kritisieren:1. die Temperatur in der Wohnung war auf ca 17 Grad eingestellt, dies ist viel zu wenig. Da ich im Januar da war (Außentemperatur in den Minusgraden) und von Hause arbeiten musste, habe ich ständig gefroren und saß mit eiskalten Händen und Decken vor dem PC. Zudem sind die Fenster nicht wirklich dicht, die Heizkörper waren - obwohl sie voll aufgedreht waren - nie mehr als lauwarm. Ich habe Andreas darüber informiert, aber er meinte nur, dass die Heizung zentral geregelt sei und man nichts machen könne. Leider erst am Ende meines Aufenthalts habe ich gesehen, dass es natürlich die Möglichkeit gibt, dieTemperatur mittels Regler in der Wohnung individuell einzustellen. warum hat mir Andreas das nicht gesagt? Unwissen oder Energiesparen?2. Ich habe Andreas gleich am Anfang gebeten, mir zu sagen, wo ich Wäsche waschen kann. Er hat mir daraufhin die Adresse einer Reinigung gegeben. Damit konnte ich nichts anfangen, da ich ausdrücklich eine Waschmaschine brauchte. Gegen Ende meines 4-wöchigen Aufenthalts habe ich festgestellt, dass im Gebäude - wie in fast jedem schwedischen Wohnhaus, wie ich mittlerweile weiß - ein Waschraum im Keller ist. Diesen hätte ich selbstverständlich nutzen können, wenn ich davon gewusst hätte. Auch hier die Frage: Unwissen?Wegen dieser Punkte habe ich 2 Sterne abgezogen, gerade auch angesichts der Tatsache, dass die Wohnung ziemlich teuer war. Und dafür will man wenigstens nicht frieren.Zusammenfassung: die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und wir haben dort gerne gewohnt, mit den genannten Einschränkungen, aber jetzt weiß ich ja, wie man es ändern kann.

The apartment was small, convenient and clean. Great location for skiing in and out. Johannes gave us all the necessary information and rules for the apartment, so our stay was unproblematic.

Otroligt smidig, pålitlig och grym vistelse! Kontakten och instruktionerna funkade felfritt. Bara att hämta nyckeln vid ankomst och lämna den vid utcheckning. Rent och fräscht boende med hög service!

Appartement très spacieux, calme, fidèle à la description et aux photos. Les informations pour l’arrivée étaient claires. Les lits sont confortables et l’appartement chaleureux. J’y retournerais avec plaisir. L’arrêt du bus 53 situé juste devant l’immeuble est très appréciable! Très bon pied à terre pour visiter cette jolie ville!

A great compact apartment in a fantastic location for exploring Stockholm. It was warm, the bed was great, it even had Netflix. The only downside was the toilet/shower room which was a real challenge to squeeze into.

The apartment is in a great location and the communication with Olof was easy and quick. He even let us check in a bit earlier which was very helpful. The kitchen and bathroom in the apartment are unfortunately not as nice as portrayed and poorly equipped, some thing would benefit from being replaced. Overall good value for money.

Allt var jättebra. Fungerar mycket bra att bo i denna lägenhet och man kan åka skidor hela vägen fram till huset.

We loved the apartment very much and would definitely recommend booking a stay in Åre through Johannes. He was really helpful and responded quickly to any of our questions. The apartment is also located perfectly with ski-in ski-out and it is in close walking distance to Åre centrum.

Trevlig lite lägenhet med härlig utsikt och Perfekt läge. Helt okej i allt övrigt.
