Great place for the price in a perfect area. Only downsides was that: 1) the apartment can be cold in the winter, which was only communicated by the host a few days in advance, and 2) the apartment was placed in the basement among the storage rooms of the tenants in the building, which didn’t make it too home-y. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and found the area and the facilities of the apartment perfect for a getaway in Stockholm.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vecka i Åre och är så himla nöjda med boendet, fräscht och fint och extra bra med ski in och ski out!

Sjukt bra och fint boende med gångavstånd till allt. Rummet var väldigt bra städat och fint med en helt otrolig utsikt.Jätte bra värd som svarar snabbt med tydliga instruktioner ifall det skulle vara några problem.

Our stay at Andreas’s place was okay. Our main complaint was the heat or rather lack there of. We were told before hand that it was cold, but it was worse than we could have expected. In the apartment we wore our layers and hats. Luckily we had brought 2 extra blankets with us because there was nothing extra in the apartment for warmth. There are radiators that work (sometimes) but do not help in keeping the apartment warm. We reached out to the host about the heat problem, their only suggestion was to go out and buy space heaters and they would reimburse us. That was more of a hassle for us as we didn’t want to waste our holiday buying heaters for an apartment that isn’t ours. The apartment is big and spacious, it looks exactly like the photos. It was great for 4 people but the downside is that you get nothing more than what you can see in the photos. Would not recommend this apartment in the winter. The location was close to downtown and would be great in warmer weather.

Bra och smidig upplevelse

The apartment was clean and matched the description. Convenient transport to the city center and a large Willys store nearby with a good selection and reasonable prices. The kitchen had basic cookware, as well as salt and cooking oil.Downsides:On the first two nights, the neighbors upstairs were very noisy, with loud music playing until 3 a.m. The building has poor soundproofing—you can even hear chairs being moved.Another issue: we were four people (my husband, our adult son, and daughter), but only two double beds were prepared. Despite contacting the host to request an extra sheet, it was never delivered. My son had to sleep in his clothes for four nights.The host expects a lot from guests but didn’t address our issue despite repeated requests. While this wasn’t a major problem, it raises concerns about responsiveness in more serious situations. For this reason, I’m lowering my rating.

Perfect place for an airbnb. Everything was nearby and it wasn‘t a long drive to the city. The airbnb was clean and had enough room for me and my 4 friends. We had a nice stay in Stockholm 👌

Great place, nice and cozy. Parking available right outside, only issue I’d say was we couldn’t make much noise due to neighbours but then again we was a young group there to celebrate new years. But if your looking for something nice and chill and a close drive to this city then this is a great place, would defo recommend

Easy to get there from the airport, good connections to the city centre, great supermarkets within few min (even the liquor store 😉), comfortable beds with worm bedding, clean. Elias was very friendly and gave good instructions how to get to the apartment. We came 30min earlier and he let us check-in without extra cost.The bathroom needs some improvement, there is no shower bathtub and the shower needs to be replaced since it is damaged. Heating could be better (not sure if it is building or apartment issue).

Lidt for lille til 6 store drenge, men ellers var det fint. Vi savnede en ovn, men Pontus anbefalede mange gode restauranter som vi brugte i stedet.Det var så lækkert med ski in og ud, da lejligheden lagde lige op af pisten
