Amazing apartment, big rooms and comfy furniture. The view from all of the rooms is lovely, with sights to the water in front of the cliffs. Not much to complain about!

The Apartment was perfect for an urban getaway! It‘s nicely located in Södermalm and super close to Nytorget, an area with nice Cafés and Restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and everything went super smooth!

Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft und gerade durch die doch eher teuren Preise in Stockholm ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Man konnte gut in der Unterkunft kochen und sie war (bis auf einige Flecken auf dem Teppich) sauber. Es hat in unserer Wohnung etwas nach Rauch gerochen, was aber wahrscheinlich dem Vormieter zuzuschreiben ist. Bis auf ein kleines Problem bekommt Check-in ein sehr guter Zugang zur Wohnung und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Mit dem Auto ist auch der Norden Stockholms schnell zu erreichen und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

**Great Stay in Stockholm** I recently stayed at this accommodation in Stockholm, and I can highly recommend it. The place was spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—easily accessible by public transport and close to the city's main attractions. What makes it even better is the vibrant area surrounding it. There are plenty of bars for a great night out and lots of shopping opportunities just a short walk away. Perfect for exploring Stockholm while staying in a clean and convenient place!

Stunning little 1 room apartment. Couldn’t have asked for more.Unsurprisingly typically Swedish small bathroom but not a deal breaker by any means. Home away from home. I stay in Sweden for work once a month travelling from Australia and will be staying here moving forward. Brilliant location near trains as well.

In der gemütlichen Wohnung von Frederik haben wir sehr gerne unsere Zeit verbracht. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und die Raumaufteilung großzügig und perfekt für eine Gruppe von sechs Personen. Die Räume waren sauber und gepflegt, es standen viel Stauraum und ausreichend Küchenutensilien für einen Kurztrip zur Verfügung.Die Lage war zwar eher außerhalb, die Anbindung mit der Bahn aber schnell und zuverlässig. Wir würden das Appartement auf jeden Fall gerne weiterempfehlen!

La casa è ben arredata e pulita. Nel suo piccolo è molto accogliente. Anche la zona in cui è situata è tranquilla ma soprattutto dista 3 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Olof è stato molto reattivo a rispondere alle domande. Consigliatissimo

Zona molto comoda, vicino alla fermata della metro e in una zona con molti ristoranti e pub molto carini. Le indicazioni per arrivare sono molto chiare con foto e video annessi per semplificare il tutto. Stoccolma è una città incredibile e in questo alloggio grazioso e tranquillo ci siamo sentiti dei veri cittadini svedesi.

Positive: perfect area for walking around the marina boot green park if you like practice sport , relax you mind is so beautiful,close is lots of cafe supermarket and metro also perfect area in Sodermalm
