Andreas is a great host - He’s friendly & responsive. Kitchen is fully equipped and everything looked like the photos. It’s a good deal. Would recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm for a few days as the place was easy to find, and it was easy to reach from different parts of the city.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, gute Lage & sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation lief nicht sehr persönlich und wir hatten Probleme mit dem Check-in. Ansonsten wirklich tolle Wohnung, würde nochmal dort hingehen!

Very nice place nothing to complain about. In walking distance of everything you need. Calm and safe area. Host is also very nice with clear and good instructions and very helpful. All in all very good place.

Konum, çevre çok sakin ve huzurluydu, manzara mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi faydalı talimatlar sundu. Ancak her şeye otomatik yanıt verilmesi hoş değildi. Yatak çarşafları temiz değildi. Daha hijyenik olabilirdi. Evdeki ihtiyaçlar ve özellikle mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Çamaşır makinesi olmaması kötü. Ev stabil sıcaklıkta ve yükselmiyor. Sıcak ülke insanları usuyebilir. Manzara için kesinlikle değer bir ev.

Es ist eine schöne gemütliche Unterkunft mit tollem Blick aufs Meer! Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet und man ist durch die U-Bahn sehr gut angebunden! Wir würden die Wohnung jedem für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A lovely place to base yourself whilst you explore the city. The surrounding neighborhood has lots of great shops, restaurants and cafes and it's only a short journey to the main city centre.We were a couple and 2 friends and were surprised at the 2nd bedroom, which was a cupboard with a double bed and no space around it.It's a strange set up having a large bed in the open plan area, which means whoever is sleeping there is disturbed by use of the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and front door.There are lots of light switches and some lights don't work, so it was very confusing to know which switches and lights to use.You'll need to put lots of towels outside the shower door as there is no seal at the bottom, and you end up with a puddle in the room if you don't. You'll also end up with a continuous pile of soaking wet towels as a result of this. We wanted to enjoy the large TV and watch a movie, but the remote control wasn't working and there wasn't a way to use the TV without it.

Very pleasant accommodation and well located when you have an event at stockholmsmassan. I recommend this accommodation for future people stopping over in Stockholm. The proximity of transport is also a plus for a successful visit.

The apartment met our expectations, everything worked fine. We liked the green, well-kept and quiet neighborhood. Nearby there is a small center with two markets and other stores, which are also open on Sundays. There is a metro station and a bus stop within walking distance from the apartment.

Clean apartment, 10 min walk to the train station from where you get directly to the airport, 3 min walk to the nearest metro. Quiet apartment, everything worked as promised.Bedroom was good size. Comfy bed. We moved room perfume sticks in the closet because they made us sneeze. The kitchenette was ok for us since we only made breakfast. Bathroom is tiny and you have to shower over the toilet seat which was uncomfortable (see photos of the apartment).Communication was prompt and fast.We were asked to provide extra info, send photos of our IDs and other stuff I’ve never been asked in Airbnb reservations before. It’s clear that the owner operates a big amount of Airbnb apartments, and they tried to sell us a longer stay and an early check in (for a fee) even though I had told three times when we’re flying in.About the same price as hotels (not in this area) where you have a good shower and full cleaning service. So it depends if you prefer those or nice, posh location.

We really enjoyed our time and it was worth the money we paid. A modern apartment with really good amenities and furniture; unfortunately we had a window slightly broken with some air coming inside but the place was so well heated that it did not cause us problems; Andreas was super friendly and was quick to answer our questions. The apartment is also right above the entrance of the metro line and in 10 minutes you reach the center. I really recommend this place for future stays.

Bon logement pour un séjour entre amisPositive: Le logement était agréable, propre et facile d'accès. Pour le prix il était très bien!Negative: Sur les 2 logements réservés au même prix, un était beaucoup plus spacieux que l'autre, et on n'a oublié de m'envoyer le code pour le deuxième appartement et l'hôte de répondait pas. Nous avons trouvé une solution en appelant booking directement mais cela nous a fait perdre du temps

My stay was pretty good. Apartment was clean and for Stockholm standard was pretty warm during my November stay which was nice. At the pictures the apartment had different colours of furniture, but technicaly it was the same and at the end, i felt really good. Thank you.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden i Vasastan, som lå perfekt i område med park masser af restauranter og kort afstand til Tunnnelbanen.Et godt sted at opleve Stockholm fra.

Sentral leilighet, enkel innsjekk og fungerte fint for 3 voksne. Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten der Metrostation „Slussen“ sowie einigen Kaffees und Läden entfernt. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für zwei Personen für einen Städtetrip. Es war jedoch viel zu kalt in der Wohnung (auch wenn der Host dies im Vorfeld so kommuniziert, rechtfertigt dies die zu tiefen Temperaturen nicht). Die Kommunikation klappt gut, jedoch sind die zahlreichen Anweisungen im Vorfeld und während dem Aufenthalt ein wenig lästig. Wie andere vorher schon geschrieben haben, muss man das Bett abziehen und alle Handtücher beim Check-Out vor die Tür legen, alles putzen usw. Die Wohnung aufgeräumt wieder abzugeben sollte selbstverstädnlich sein, aber dann dafür noch eine Reinigungsgebühr zu verlangen ist etwas dreist. Alles in allem sehr gut geeignet für einen Kurzaufenthalt, aber für eine perfekte Bewertung muss man ein paar Abstriche zu viel in Kauf nehmen.
