Great spot in a calm neighborhood, 15m from the center in subway.

Well proportioned, charming 2 bedroom apartment in the cool Vasastan neighbourhood, close to bakeries, bars and restaurants and yet super quiet at night (the bedrooms face an interior courtyard with trees). We got cinnnamon buns from Lillebrors next door every morning and went on runs around Kungsholmen just across the bridge. The property is professionally managed and clean. No microwave but otherwise a fully equipped kitchen. We had a good time staying here for 2 weeks with our two kids and would certainly come back.

We stayed in this apartment for two nights, a total of 16 people, including 8 children, and we all fit without any issues using the sofa beds and convertible chairs available. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of most things, or you can easily take the metro. William was a wonderful host—he replied quickly and was very helpful with any questions or concerns. The electronic key to access the apartment also worked very smoothly. Highly recommend this place!

We loved staying in Åre and exploring the surroundings. Came by train, Kim's place was easy to access (no hill climbing ;)) rented gravel bikes in town, went on hikes starting from the square or from other little towns in the area, accessible by train or bus.The kitchen was well equipped to prepare breakfast or dinner, and ICA or COOP are easy to be reached by foot.Loved the crêperie in town for sure :).The little washing machine and "dryer closet" also came in very handy - thanks Kim. Because of low season, there was almost Noone around us :), and beach is just 1min away to access and do a BBQ.

A lovely cozy, self sufficient apartment on second floor, with an elevator. Excellent connectivity from the airport as well as centre of town.Eateries and supermarket are just below the building. The elaborate and repetitive check in/out instructions were a bit overwhelming but the personal interaction with Andreas made up for it. He was very prompt and supportive.Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable stay. Appt was nice and spacious, comfortable and clean. Fredrik was always responsive to our messages and gave very clear instructions. Highly recommended.

Andreas's Airbnb is located in a new building and also a good location. Even though there is new condo construction outside the interior is very quiet with the windows closed. The room is very small, but it has a typical Swedish minimalist design that is very functional.There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement that make long stays more manageable. However, like my last stay one washer and one dryer need repair. Overall Andreas's Airbnb is a good Aparthotel alternative. Donald

Great apartment—cozy and clean. Very close to the metro, making it easy to get into central Stockholm. I definitely recommend it.
