Odličan apartman, biće naš izbor i naredni put.Positive: Odlična lokacija, udoban i čist apartman. Sve je blizu - javni prevoz, prodavnice, kej i šetalište. Komunikacija sa domaćinom odlična - vrlo jednostavna i jasna uputstva za sve. Kad dođemo u Stokholm opet, ponovo ćemo birati ovaj apartman.Negative: Lično ne volim ovakav tip tuš kabine.

We had a fantastic stay at Södermalm where we stayed for 3 nights. The Apartment is very cozy and just the right size for us 3. It was implacabably clean and there was even coffee and tea provided. The apartment is very beautifully located close to the water in the south of the quarter of Södermalm. Since we had a 3 day pass for Stockholm traffic, we found it very easy to reach the tourist spots. There are busses and the tunnelbana just around the corner. Restaurants and a supermarket are in the area very close by. The host Elias was very precise. We had perfect instructions how to get to the apartment, how to get in and also how to leave it. We had a little problem with the door mecchanism wich was solved within 10 minutes and a very kind telefon call. I warmly recommend this place if you want to visit Stockholm. We certainly will come back!

The place itself was fine, just some trash left behind. Sadly the walls are paper thin, there was a clicking in the wall (maybe because of a pipe) and the last night the neighbour kept knocking on the wall next to the bed so that I had to sleep with headphones on. Also, the windows are just above the ground outside which seemed to invite people to treat us like zoo animals. Multiple people stopped infront of the window and inspected the apartment and stared at us. Also the front door of the apartment is directly next to the main door of the house so it sounds like people are entering the apartment everytime they enter the building. Gave me a heart attack at 4am in the first night. You get used to it but its simply good to know I guess. What was incredibly good tho was the connection to the center of Stockholm and the possibility to find a big grocery store like 10minutes on foot from the apartment.

Beautiful location with easy access to anywhere in the city via bus or ferry. The apartment was exceptionally clean and modern. Great value for the price!

Comfy bed, very communicative host

The apartment was new, clean, warm, and a decent size for 2 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. It is basically furnished but had most things we needed. The cooker was good, though some smaller touches like hangers in the wardrobes were not provided. The flat has multiple good public transport connections to the city until just after midnight – later, on weekends. It is a 15 minute walk to Lidingo Centrum with a large Coop, Systemet, and eating venues.There was a problem with the electronic lock on the flat door when we first arrived, but Olaf was responsive on the app and the issue was solved remotely in 10-15 minutes. The lock was the biggest issue we faced – partly because we were not used to this type of lock, but it also seemed a little inconsistent in its operation.Overall, I would recommend this flat for people looking to stay just outside the city.

Eine schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt daneben.Der Check-in lief Einwandfrei und man kam sehr einfach in die Wohnung.Die Geräte wie bspw. Wasserkocher & Kaffeemaschine funktionierten ebenso.Olof hat uns rechtzeitig alle wichtigen und relevanten Infos durchgegeben.Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem und mann konnte sehr gut schlafen.Zudem war das Bad und die Dusche in gutem Zustand. Jedoch sah die Unterkunft auf den Bilder (bspw. die Betten) anders aus wie in der Realität.Die Unterkunft ist auf jedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

Really convenient place to stay in Stockholm, close to the subway and lots of activies. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It's really nice that the apartment faces the courtyard and is very quiet.

Safe, cheap, clean. 10/10.Positive: Very clean, excellent contact via host with clear check in and check out instructions. Safe neighbourhood and only 23 minutes to the city centre via metro.Negative: N/a. We had an excellent time. Some properties are falsely advertised with photos. This accomodation is exactly how it is presented and it was superb. It is everything you need for a safe, comfortable stay. Cannot recommend enough.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. The most important was the location, it in an amazing location, in the center of the old city, truly nice and recommended if you are travelling for holidays. The rooms were not very spacious but adequate for a 4-group people like us. Olof was very responsive to various questions we had before our arrivals and his response time was super fast. PS. The are not 2 bathrooms. Actually, it is 1.5 bathroom since only in the 1 you can have a bath.
