The location was ideal as I wanted a place in Nacka close to my best friend’s house. The place was clean but the check-in was terrible. Their check-in time was 1600. I arrived at 1700. The place wasn’t ready. The cleaner wasn’t finished on time and trying to communicate with her was difficult as she neither spoke Swedish nor English. On top of this, there were no towels or bed linens ready. I informed Olof, and those arrived at 2000. Imagine being exhausted from travelling and having to deal with this. Not ideal. Then the cleaner tried to say I was checking in with multiple guests and a child when it was my best friend, her husband, and their kid helping me with my luggage as they lived down the street. That was very annoying because she couldn’t communicate well enough in a common language to ask us and get a proper explanation. Then there were the constant texts about paying extra to stay late or to check in early. It’s ridiculous to have a check-in time of 1600 and checkout at 1000

Spacious and tastefully decorated historic apartment met our needs during our stay in Sweden. Great location in nice neighborhood within walking distance of public transportation , restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our needs.

The accommodation is in a great location — you can get to the city center quickly — and it was very quiet. Check-in went smoothly, and we always received all the information promptly. Our apartment was small; the kitchen and bathroom in particular felt a bit cramped and were only equipped with the essentials. We were aware of that and were prepared for it (as shown in the photos).That said, the interior could use some updating and a few repairs: for example, the shower head sprays in all directions, the kitchen faucet is almost coming loose, the extractor fan doesn’t work, and there’s no ventilation in the windowless bathroom. However, this wasn’t our main issue.What we unfortunately didn’t like was that it wasn’t very clean. There was a layer of dust on the dressers, hair in the bathroom drain, and some of the kitchen utensils and dishes were still dirty from the previous guests. In summary: Better cleanliness and maintenance would really improve the place. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment close to a metro station. There is some noise from outside as it’s located on a busy road. All amenities are available, including a fully equipped kitchen. We found the interior décor rather simple. Excellent communication with the host — compliments!

We loved Elías’s apartment from the moment we arrived. Everything was very clean and beautifully styled.We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals, plus bathroom essentials, hangers, and a wardrobe to store our things.The neighborhood is lovely — we truly had a wonderful few days in the apartment. We definitely recommend it!

No complaints! Good price, nice place and good communication all the way through.

The uniqueness of the building and the close proximity to the ferry terminal were exceptional. The accommodation—newly built within a historic ruin—stands out for its remarkable blend of old and new architecture, which creates a very special atmosphere. One small drawback is that the step-free shower area and the open gap beneath the glass shower door allow water to run into the rest of the bathroom.

William was really nice and the place exactly what we wanted. Perfect !!
