Great location. Just enough space for one person. As others have mentioned, the photos didn’t exactly match the room, but they got the gist of it. Felt like I was dealing with a well-oiled machine rather than a warm & inviting host… which seemed thematically correct for Sweden in January. ;)

Back again this year, it was really nice!

My stay was great and had very few if any complaints. Fredrik’s Air B&B was clean, had great amenities, and comfy beds. The surrounding area had a lot of things close by uber and I enjoyed the Parakey system over handheld keys. I would stay here again!

Nice apartment within walking distance to most things. Clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Very satisfied!

The apartment was great, very clean, great location and in really good conditions. I could here the footsteps of the person up stairs one night but other than that no complaints. What I would say which I didn't realise is that to get into the apartment and the building there is no key or code, it is all done through an app, which is ok but if you arrive without battery on your phone, or it breaks during your stay or whatever, there is actually no way of getting in. I personally don't really like this.

Andrea’s was a great host with a beautiful space. So much charm and located in a beautiful neighborhood.

Great location! Very safe! I liked that. Make sure to read the instructions: do not take first set of stairs but keep walking, pass the elevators (they are out of service) and open the door and walk into the court yard, and then open the door that is across & take those stairs (unit b). It was clean enough and you can sometimes hear the people in the stairways but it did not bother me personally. All the communication is automatic but quite clear. The electronic keys worked well for me!

Stayed in Elias’ apartment for a weekend. A beautiful space with the perfect location. Not too far of a walk from the old town, but Södermalm has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was easy to locate, incredibly clean and perfect for a stay. We had a slight problem with electrics, but Elias was incredibly attentive and responded quickly. The issue was sorted and caused no stress. 10/10 host, 10/10 apartment, can’t wait to go back!

The accommodation is ideally located, very easy to access, and close to all amenities, which is really appreciated. The apartment is small, but it matches the description perfectly, so there are no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional (one minor drawback is that the extractor hood didn’t suction as effectively). The bathroom is more than adequate, although the towels could be a bit larger. The place is cozy and comfortable, although the soundproofing could be improved. The hosts are a real highlight: they respond very quickly, are very understanding, and communication is straightforward and smooth. We had requested a baby cot and a high chair, and everything was ready upon our arrival. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.
