The accommodation boasts a fantastic location right at the station in Sundyberg, with the main station just a 9-minute journey away. There's even a Lidl conveniently next door. The kitchen was well-equipped for five people. Communication with Elias was excellent, and when the toilet initially wasn’t flushing, it was promptly fixed the very next day. The only minor drawback was that we noticed some stray hairs and a few stains on the bedding.

We were a group of 6 who stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful experience. It looked exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, nice, and everything was fresh and tidy. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. It is located in a cozy area with just the right walking distance to everything. An affordable accommodation that we would gladly book again!

An excellent experience for a first stay in Stockholm!The accommodation is close to all amenities (metro, bus, restaurants, bars, and shops), situated in a pleasant and lively neighborhood, yet remains peaceful (facing a quiet and low-traffic street).The perfect compromise! 😁Elias was always very responsive and provided clear instructions! Very good and pleasant accommodation!

When we arrived, the apartment was 16 degrees. However, it warmed up afterwards. It would have been nice if it was warm when we arrived. There was a party in the apartment downstairs on two evenings. The location of the apartment is perfect, and it has everything you need. Pleasant accommodation.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—just a 10–15 minute walk to Åre square—and the view was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as expected, making for a really comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Nice apartment and good location!

Lovely accommodation, conveniently located close to everything! It looked just as pictured. While there were many instructions and rules, we found that they didn’t negatively impact our stay once we were on site. The accommodation was not overly noisy, and the host always responded promptly to our messages. The beds were a bit worn, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom throughout our visit. We also noticed some unclean dishes in the cabinets.Overall, we were pleased with the accommodation and its location, though there are several areas where improvements could be made to achieve a higher rating.

Apartment in a great location, close to the metro and a grocery store. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

We recently stayed at this apartment with three people and unfortunately had a few issues during our stay. The sofa bed was broken and very difficult to set up. It was sunken in, uncomfortable, and only usable in the top bit and the rest have totally sunken or broken in. There were only two sets of towels provided, even though the booking was for three guests, and we had to search for an extra towel and bedding ourselves. The toilet seat was broken during our stay. It wasn't securely attached to was a little challenging to use, just had to balance properly. One of the keys provided didn’t work, so we only had one functioning key between the three of us. The shower head holder was also broken, and the shower head didn’t fit securely into it, which made showering inconvenient. On the positive side, the apartment was very clean and nicely presented on arrival. It is in a great location, quiet, close to the station, and easy to find.
