We loved the place. Clean and comfy, 10 minutes by car to city center or 30 minutes by public transportation. Free public parking is available right next to the building.

Perfekte Lage, um Stockholm zu erkunden

I can recommend this place if you want to have a place at a really great location. The neighborhood was perfect (stores, public transportation, etc…). Also, the balcony made the apartment so friendly! The rooms have big windows and it makes the place even better!

We had a great time at Andrea's place and enjoyed the ferry to the city in easy walking distance - this was a true highlight for us, in terms of public transport. Everything was super tidy and we slept great!Thank you for hosting us :)

Die Wohnung ist toll für eine Reise nach Stockholm. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist dennoch in fußläufiger Nähe zur Stadt. Außerdem gibt es einen Supermarkt direkt gegenüber.Leider gibt es in der Küche kaum Equipment, wenn man dort kochen möchte. Salz und andere Gewürze sowie Küchenrolle und Backpapier mussten wir leider neu kaufen.Was man in der Anzeige schwer sieht, ist, dass ein Zimmer keine Fenster hat. Dort zu zweit zu schlafen kann deshalb unpraktisch sein, weil man dort nicht lüften kann. Olof hat immer gut und schnell kommuniziert. Wenn man von dem fehlenden Equipment absieht und nicht mit mehr als fünf Personen reist, ist es eine sehr gute Wohnung.

ottima soluzione al centro di Gamla Stan. vicina a tanti mezzi pubblici che abbiamo usato anche con i bambini. casa molto carina e accogliente. unica nota: è al terzo piano senza ascensore. ma anche con un passeggino siamo riusciti a goderci giorni meravigliosi a Stoccolma. Consigliata!

Very nice and practical place to stay in while visiting Stockholm - entrance to the building as well as the apartment is fully automated, which is great if you arrive late at night and have to leave very early in the morning as we did.There is a supermarket right across the street, a bus stop literally next to the main entrance and metro about 10 minutes walking time (or four bus stops, if you don't want to walk at all :), so getting around Stockholm is super easy.The SoFo district full of restaurants and bars is also within walking distance (just a few minutes) and we were easily able to find a snack right after arriving (around midnight).

Un bel appartement, lumineux et fonctionnel, aménagé avec goût et sobrieté. L'environnement est calme et le quartier accessible assez facilement du centre T.Centralen. Les explications d'Andréas étaient très claires et il a été d'une grande réactivité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans son logement et y reviendrons volontiers. Seul regret : absence de Wi-Fi, or cela est très utile pour preparer les visites et même réserver.

Really great stay in the Sodermalm area of Stockholm, easy to get around by the metro which is close. The area has lots of restaurants and cafes and such a nice vibe in general. The apartment was super comfortable, clean and had everything you need for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Ideal location in Sodermalm! Close to restaurants and the metro, and near some lovely walking paths along the sea.

The location of Olof's flat is very good for a stay in Stockholm. Public transportation is close by. The neighbourhood is very nice.The flat itself is roomy and has lots of light. The bed & sofa are comfortable.What is a backdraw is the bathroom. It is a throwback to the sixties. Very small and has no mirror.Otherwise everything was fine.

Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla e sicura, facile spostarsi a piedi verso il centro e facile raggiungere la metro e gli autobus. Appartemento pulito, silenzioso e curato. Tanto verde e parchi nelle vicinanze, a pochi metri negozio di alimentari molto fornito.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war optimal. Bus und U-Bahn waren wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
