Το διαμερισμα ειναι σε εξαιρετικη περιοχη και εχει υπεροχη θεα στη θαλασσα.

Grâce à Olof, notre arrivée et notre séjour ont été largement facilités.Réactif, de bons conseils, de sympathiques attentions ont été largement appréciés par notre famille. Même s’il n’est pas central, l’appartement est idéalement placé à peu de distance des lignes de métro ou tram qui permettent de naviguer sur l’ensemble de la ville. Je conseille fortement !!!!!!!

We loved out stay at Olof's place. Everything was as described. The comunication with Olof was perfect. the place has everything necessary for a confortable stay in Stockholm for a few days. There's public transportation and a Supermarket right outside the door. The surroundigs are calm, and quite beautiful, and it's easy to comute to the city centre. Would defenetly recommend.

Departamento es bonito, luminoso y bien ubicado, adecuado para dos personas, tiene un living comedor amplio y buen dormitorio.Dentro de los puntos malos esa el baño, que tiene una ducha que requiere ser cambiada, ya que se le escapa el agua, y la mesa del comedor, que esta superpuesta, por lo que uno no se puede apoyar en la misma. Tambien fué incomodo contar con solo 1 llave, ya que es necesaria para salir y entrar.El barrio esta muy bien, central y tranquilo.

very glad we chose to stay here. no hassle, everything was within walking distance for us. Lots of local bars, restaurants and a co-op very nearby. Loved the liminal space of the building interior and the spiral staircase (when we didn't use the elevator).

Spent three nights with my parents to explore Stockholm. Olof’s apartment was perfect for that! Located in a quiet neighborhood with very good connection to public transport so it’s easy to get to downtown for sightseeing. The apartment is bright, comfortable, lots of natural light. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Olof’s place :)

Wonderful accomodation, very close to the city centre. The host was quick to respond. Definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning in the future.

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen und war perfekt für uns. Gute Anbindung an Bus und Tram. Sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

De locatie van appartement is praktisch, vlakbij een treinstation en met een bushalte voor de deur. Het appartement is comfortabel en ziet er mooi uit. Fijne douche en een fijn bed. Het keukengerei was erg basic (weinig pannen met loszittende handvatten en ontbrekende deksels). De WiFi was gedurende een deel van mijn verblijf helaas buiten werking. Desondanks heb ik wel erg genoten van mijn verblijf. De pizzeria naast de deur is een aanrader. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!

Positive: Great place, magnificent view.Negative: Really bad pillows and despite requests for better ones, none offered. Also, the central heating was off from the toilet not allowing clothes to dry after the rain.

Very nice stayPositive: Definitely nice stay. Apart was clean and equipped with everything we need for 3 people. Access to building, lift and apart with codes was easy (after reading all advices received from host). Curtain vs cabin under shower was just another experience, nothing to complain. Good location. Silent around. Nice bar & restaurants near. Supermarket is just 2 mins away. Wifi worked without any issues. We can recommend this spot.

Overall great deal for it’s price, location also nice and lovely.Positive: Overall nice apartments for a price. Big plus is the fact that there was a store on the other side of street and also pretty close bus stops to get to the city centre.Negative: 1. Would be really nice if there would be avalable some kind of stereo system, radio or tv.2. Would be great if there would be extra lights added around or at least next to mirrors, we were 2 of girls during the stay and getting ready at the same time (makeup ‘n so) was a waiting game on each other.3. Elevator was usable only for the first day of our stay. For the rest of the time, it wasn’t working until the moment when we left the apartaments. Had to face reality and carry heavy suitacases downstairs..🥲

Positive: Very good location to go to Stockholm and surroundings, easy checkin/access. Very nice, quiet apartment and building. We loved it and will for sure come back.

Good place, well managed.

The good: The place was clean. Quiet: we stayed there only 2 days, from Saturday to Monday and experienced no noise from the construction site at all. Bedroom: this place does have a separate bedroom. It has no window, which can be an issue for some. For us, it was just perfect, as my little daughter could sleep much better this way. Good comms: it felt at times that I was talking to an AI bot, to be honest, but I managed to get the info I needed, eventually. The bad: Using the lift can be confusing, as you have to enter a code every time. Once, some other people got in at another floor and that seemed to confuse the lift completely. Or maybe it was us who were confused. Some other time, it simply did not work and we had to take the stairs. Bit of both: Entering a code at 3 separate points can be a bit tiresome but at the same time it gives you a sense of security.
