Good value for money, clear instructions for check in

Olof’s place was amazing! Very close to the metro, which I used quite often. It was clean, peaceful, and close to some popular bars/cafes. I would definitely go back! One thing to note is WiFi is not included with the apartment, even though the check in instructions listed the network name/password. I think the instructions just need to be updated so there’s no confusion. When I mentioned this to Olof he said he could reimburse me for an e-sim card, but I just made do even though I appreciated the offer!

The apartment was situated in a nice area in southern Södermalm. The buildning was a bit peculiar with long corriodors. The apartment itself was nice and clean. Some extra plates would have been handy. In the pictures there was a large living room with an alcove. However apartment seemed to be renovated after pictures were taken as there was an extra wall between the living room and alcove. But we enjoyed lovely Stockholm!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, im dritten Stock mit dem Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die Dusche auch gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt schnell zur U-Bahn, zum Bus und auch zu Fuß kann man vieles sehr schnell erreichen. Der Supermarkt ist sehr nah dran. Der Raum mit der Toilette ist winzig, nichts für große Personen. Das Schloss der Toilettentür war kaputt und stand heraus, sodass man die Tür gar nicht schließen konnte. Das war unangenehm. Obwohl wir direkt am ersten Tag Bescheid gesagt haben, hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes von 7 Tagen niemand darum gekümmert.Vor unserer Reise mussten wir ungewöhnlich viele zusätzliche Informationen an den Vermieter schicken, z.b. zu unseren Social Media-Accounts und uns extra schriftlich bereit erklären, die Hausregeln einzuhalten. Dazu gehörte, dass es eine Lautstärkemessung durch einen Dezibel-Monitor gibt. Wir verstehen, dass der Vermieter sich absichern möchte, fanden es aber unangenehm kontrollierend.

Olofs lejlighed var super og meget i orden. Det så ud som på billederne og lejligheden ligger i et roligt kvarter med fin afstand til alle de spændende butikker, cafeer og restauranter i Södermalm. Bygningen som lejligheden ligger i er lidt speciel, da hele bygningen har en fælles indgang og ikke hver sin opgang. Det gjorde det lidt svære at finde, men ikke noget problematisk. Gangene i bygningen er pæne og nyrenoverede, men det ligner samtidig lidt et fængsel med hvide gange og grå døre.Når det er sagt havde vi et fint ophold og var tilfredse med lokationen.

Le airbnb est très propre et agréable, en cas de problème les réponses sont rapides et claires. Je vous recommande d'y aller si vous cherchez un endroit sûr!

Dejlig lejlighed og god kommunikation

Place is as described, quiet location, modern building, easy check in, fully equipped kitchen, suitable for a family of four with 2 teenagers. Only downside is the bathroom that is where the entrance is, so you need to walk all through the apartment to get there. If you drive, you need to pay for parking on the streets. There is a paid garage parking in front of the building, opening from 6AM to 10PM as option too.

Appartement très bien situé, proche de toutes les commodités ( gare et grande surface ).Quartier résidentiel très calme.

Frederik provided very helpful, timely, and detailed instructions about how to get around. The apartment was close to the city center, and it was very easy to get to by metro. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Me and my boyfriend had a great time in the apartment and in the nice neighbourhood in Stockholm. The apartment is very nice and the furniture looks new. The neighbourhood is also very nice. But when it is a weekday, there is a lot of noice from some construction work. But that is the only disadvantage of the place. I really recommend to visit this place and stay here - also if you’re 3 or 4 people. The apartment is big enough:)

Appartement spacieux au calme conforme à la description avec de bons et sympathiques bars restaurants à proximité. A 100m bus 76 pour Gamla Stan et a 50m un supermarché. Olof est réactif et sympathique. Je recommande.

Logement joliment décoré et très propre. L’hôte est très réactif et les instructions sont claires. Rien à redire.

Very nice apartment and very well located.The shower above the toilet is the only downside but is okay for a few days.

Andreas' apartment was a great spot for a 3 night trip to explore Stockholm. I would recommend. The pros: (1) Beautiful view of the water and city (4th floor), especially from the living room/balcony. (2) Close (5-7 mins) to train with easy access to Malmo C and old town. We did the 72hr public trans pass and was able to get around the city very easy - highly recommend. (3) The apartment was very clean with all the needed amenities. The cons: (1) Alot of red tape. I received more automated messages for this apartment than any other stay I've ever had. Required to sign a rules document, scan ID, camera at front door, decimal meter, etc. There wasn't anything I disagreed with, it was just kind of obnoxious/ impersonable. it's clear that Andreas runs everything through a service. (2) The shower gets everywhere and needs a 2nd door. (3) TVs don't work. I know it is not listed in amenities, but they are there and it seems silly to have them there and not at least get an antenna.
