Very comfortable, spacious stay in a very good location. Supermarket right across, and the bus station is right around the corner. A small walk to the subway but that never was a problem for us. The kitchen has everything we needed for breakfast and a couple of dinners. A very spacious studio, we were very comfortable. Instructions to checkin were clear and we had no problems actually. The only downside is the hospital-like hallways that can be a bit weird at first, but nothing too off putting. Great value for price, will come back when in Stockholm

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben - Check-In Anweisungen per Mail und Video waren klar und verständlich. Das Haus und das Appartement sind sauber (noch ganz neu), ruhig (trotz aktueller Baustelle). Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Für Teetrinker fehlen vielleicht große Tassen :-) Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat.Die Lage ist sehr gut - man ist sehr rasch im Zentrum, ein Bus vor der Haustüre, 10 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn. In der Umgebung findet man nette Bars und Restaurants und Cafes für ein Frühstück. Olof hat in der ganzen Zeit immer sehr rasch geantwortet.

Très bonne appartement

The apartment was very clean and everything looked as good as new. The area was calm and public transportation was in walkable distance. We actually walked to the city center everyday and got to discover Södermalm that way. Olof was competent and very fast with his replies.

We had a good stay at Olaf’s; the room is cozy and quiet even though the building is a bit disquieting (it looks a bit like a hospital). No biggie though as the instructions to get to the appartment were super clear. The neighbourhood is nice (and hip!) and the proximity to the water is a big plus. Bus 76 is close by and takes you to the main City spots (Djurgården, Gamla Stan) which is nice!

Well located : 42min by walk to reach Old town (royal palace, souvenir shops, etc.)A small drawback : lack of soundproofing.

Olof's place was great! It's situated perfectly, in great condition, and very convenient. Olof was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, which made our stay seamless. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Très bon séjour, l’espace de vie et la cuisine était parfait. La salle de bain n’est pas vraiment conforme aux photos. Le ménage laissait à désirer. Le quartier est calme. Les explications pour entrer dans l’appartement était claires.

This is a very nice self-contained studio that is great for solo travellers doing long stays. Bus stops and Odenplan are at a 10-minute walk radius. The access to restaurants and grocery stores is amazing. The studio itself is very well maintained and has a nice balcony. Highly recommended.

Andreas’ apartment is quite small but the location of it is amazing. You can easily walk to the city.We were really happy to have a kitchen to cook - even through it is really small and missing some essentials to easily cook.The bathroom is really small (we expected this but it was smaller than our expectations) which made it really hard to take a shower.

Looking for an affordable place for a weekend stay, this appartment was clean and quiet, so we were quite happy with it. Beds were also very comfortable.There were some minor drawbacks such as that one of the stovetops appeared to be broken and the bathroom was bare-bones, but everything worked in principle and was clean. The area is very quiet, but nice to walk around, and reasonably close to some Södermalm bars and public transportation. There is also a supermarket right next to the appartment, which is nice if you want to cook yourself, and some good public parks.Communication went very smoothly and professionally. It is evident that this is a host renting out many appartments, so everything is organised remotely, with door codes and detailed instructions.

The cozy ambiance and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable. The room was clean, confortable and well-equipped. Olof was very helpful.

L’appartement est très bien pour rester quelques jours à Stockholm. Il est bien situé et proche des transports. Il faut savoir que l’appartement fait parti d’un listing d’appartements, donc il sera peut être un peu différent des photos sur la réservation. L’immeuble ne paie pas de mine et les couloirs ressemblent à des couloirs d’hôpitaux mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Je recommande tout de même ce airbnb. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. C’est un appartement spacieux. Parfait pour 4 personnes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family of four! Our kids loved the place as well and the location was great with shops and restaurants all at your fingertips! Would definitely come back if the opportunity came!

Andreas was super responsive and the location was amazing for what we wanted. The only issue we had was the wifi wasn’t working and we had some work that needed to get done. Besides that everything else was amazing
