Fredrik's listing, part of the Guestit properties, is a very spacious, relatively new apartment, with a balcony overlooking football fields. It has all the conveniences of a service apartment including a well equipped kitchenette, washing/dryer etc. It is a great choice for visitors to Stockholm if you would like to be centrally located with the metro station entry/exit right next door, while being in a peaceful neighbourhood. Communication with Fredrik was seamless and prompt and having a digital lock and key made the entry/exit, late hour checkin/checkouts etc very convenient. Our only feedback to the management would be to pay closer attention to housekeeping before a new guest checks in; we found a used coffee filter in the Moccamaster and also some leftover laundry in the wardrobe. Overall, though, would give 5 stars and totally recommend the property.

Fantastic, quiet street in super cute neighborhood. Lots to do, walkable. Nice cafes, bakeries, parks & restaurants nearby. St. Paul imo best cinnamon bun that i tried in Stockholm (I tried 3places) and perfect cafe to work from. Loved Söders Hjarta bar/restaurant- delicious food, great service and cozy, eclectic atmosphere just 2blocks down the street. Petite studio is very petite but comfortable. The bathroom is tight and Stockholm shower is what it is. I’m a small person so no problem. WiFi worked great, bed is comfy, easy entry, lift to 4th floor so easy to bring luggage up. Perfect for one person. Excellent stay for first time in Stockholm. Thank you!

Quiet location and easy to get to. The apartment was clean and spacious. However, we noticed that the bed sheets and towels had some stains, which was a bit bothersome. Otherwise, everything was very good. I would recommend this place.

Great place if you want to visit Stockholm for a few days. Extremely close to tram, subway and train, so it is very easy to go to any place in Stockhom. We had some small issues with the apartment, but thsese were quickly solved by Andreas and his team. So the service is great! The apartment itself is best suitable for 2 to 3 persons. 4 persons is also possible, but it will be a bit cramped. We didn't have any issues, as went to Stockholm to visit the city, not to stay in the apartment whole day 😊 Would highly recommend the apartment!

Great location and had everything we needed. The efficiency kitchen was well stocked with several coffee mugs and sufficient glassware. The bathroom was compact, with the toilet and shower sharing the same space, which was accurately described in the posting. The building was quiet and easily accessible. The location is ideal for anyone looking to spend some time in Södermalm.
