The subway is right across the street. It’s close to the local Hemköp and the restaurants at Fridhemsplan. I could hear neighbors walking on the floor above, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and the flooring was nice. The internet was fast. There were a couple of things about the building’s design I wasn’t keen on, but thankfully everyone has different tastes :)

Unusual apartment built within an old ruin. The apartment had everything you would need with a comfortable bed, small kitchen & dining area. Great price

A very pleasant stay where I lacked nothing. The location is lovely, although you do need to walk a bit to reach the city centre, but for those who aren’t keen on walking, the apartment is well served by public transport. Everything is within easy reach, which is great! The accommodation is quiet and well secured, and it has everything you need for a good stay to enjoy this charming city.

Perfect, i will come back for sure Everything was perfect, the location is close to ferry station and bus station, bed was so comfortable. For us, 3 person was perfect, tiny kitchen with everything you need.

The balcony and water view was the highlight of this space. Enjoyed my time relaxing and appreciating the views! Bed and couch were comfy and kitchen had some random utensils that came in handy for at home food prep! Cozy space, serene space. Would definitely stay again!

Really nice and clean apartment in a pleasant area. The only reason I couldn’t give it a perfect score was that there were no sheets, duvet, or towel for the extra guest. I contacted Olof about this and he said someone would bring what we needed, but no one showed up.

Excellent stay in Stockholm. Everything was very clean and super easy to check in and check out. It’s about a 25-minute ride to Gamla Stan with a bus you can catch right outside the door.

Very nice and luxurious with a sauna and hot tub. It’s a reasonable walk to the town centre, although there are a few uphill metres.

Andreas’s apartment is definitely one I’d love to rent again when I visit Stockholm. It’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There was parking right outside the entrance for just 50 SEK per day. I give the apartment top marks!!!!

The apartment was exactly as expected from the photos. It was pleasant and within a comfortable walking distance to central Åre. The beds were very comfortable. Since it was a business host booking, all communication went through customer service agents. We initially received incorrect parking information when double-checking, but this was later resolved. The photos were clear, although some of the written details were inaccurate. Upon arrival, the apartment hadn’t been heated to a normal room temperature yet; however, there were radiators to turn on and an air-source heat pump available (despite some prior information suggesting otherwise). The promised bed linens were missing from the flat, but after speaking with a customer service agent, we were able to collect them from another apartment.
