The house

We were very pleased with everything.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to the city center without being too rowdy, which is much appreciated when traveling with two young children. The stairs could be a bit of a challenge but is expected in a building of that age. We also appreciated the flexibility with a late checkout. Andreas' team was extremely responsive and helpful. Our 3yo locked himself in the bathroom and a member of the team (Vincent) came in person to resolve the situation within 30 minutes. They addressed the situation with urgency and professionalism. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Stockholm. Hope to be back soon.

This place was perfect for my husband and I during our 5-day stay in Stockholm and we would absolutely come back again! It was cozy and very clean, with a beautiful patio view of the water and in walking distance of public transport, grocery stores, bakeries and so many cute restaurants and cafes! Hornstull is a great neighborhood in Stockholm, and the other parts of the city were super accessible from this location. The bathroom is small but well setup for the space and was clean and modern, same with the kitchen and appliances. Elias was very responsive and helpful with getting us set up for self check in, which was especially helpful since our flight was delayed and we got in late. The lock system is wonderful and easy to use! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Good place, very affordable, and spacious Really spacious and comfortable place. The beds (1 2-person bed and 1 sofa bed) were comfortable. The kitchen was clean and useful!

Amazing place to visit Stockholm I loved the studio. It has great Swedish decoration, is very spacious, and is accessible for people with disabilities. The location is also great: it is in the hipster neighborhood of Sweden, and is greatly connected to the historic center.

The construction noise started around from 08:30 so it didn't affect me at all because I go out early. The room is spacious for 1 or 2 people. The location is convenient as the terminal bus stop of no.76 is just right at the corner of the building, which go through the main sight seeing spots (every 15, 20 mins). The supermarket is also close to the building as opposite of the street. I enjoyed having meal at the kitchen.

A great-located hotel with, although lacking certain things, a great assortment of facilities. The location was really nice. A reasonable price. A lot of games, computers, books and relaxing rooms with many comfortable coaches were available. Almost perfect blinds against the sun. Great design choice of the interior.

Very pleasant stay and we’ll definitely be back. Everything about the accommodation was hassle-free—no keys to worry about, for instance. It was clean and fresh and delivered exactly what was promised, no more, no less.

Well worth it. Comfortable, clean, and very practical. Very cozy and well equipped, in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Not very central, but there were lovely places to eat just a few blocks away.

If you’re in a pinch and need a place to stay, this place is… fine. However, I wouldn’t stay here again and I suggest you consider a different place. There are several issues: - unless you plan to only sleep here, the place is Spartan and small. There are more amenities in a hotel room and likely more space. I found it not worth at all what we paid, especially since friends got a much bigger and nicer place in the same neighborhood for the same price. It’s just kind of soulless. - the amount of hassle with registration, check in and rules is annoying. Then they changed computer systems and I had to do it again. - there’s strict rules on sound and access, and we always felt like we were whispering and tiptoeing. You have to do some of the cleaning yourself. Again, a hotel is easier and you don’t have a cleaning fee. Overall it was functional, and there wasn’t anything “wrong” with it, but you can do a lot better and have a better trip.

Really nice flat for my husband and I and our two daughters. Large enough for everyone to relax in their own space as well as gathering as a group. Perfect location In the center of old town. We were able to walk ever. Would definitely return.
