There are several apartments/units within the same complex that is run by the same company. I stayed with the same company in Stockholm and they have the best value for money on AirBnB. Everything is well-organised and well-run with smooth communication. I don't have to carry keys around as they have code-based system.The cons: The Gothenburg apartments are in the old building. The windows barely open. There is no hand soap and dish soap in the kitchen. No table to eat and work - except for the coffee table. However, the washing machine, iron and the microwave make up for the deficiencies.

The place was in a great location.The accommodation is very small, but it had everything you need.Communication was excellent.

This place is in an amazing location. Lots of great restaurants and easy to get around by bus or metro. Communication was so complete as to be overcommunicative at times. Lots of space inside the unit, and using the key app was really easy. I'm only knocking off a star because the place has been beat up quite a bit and the pictures give an impression that it's pristine. I was in the second smaller bedroom and it felt a bit like an old storage room that was converted into a bedroom. Compared to the other larger bedroom, the second room was no-frills. The baseboards and walls didn't look clean, even if they were. The only lamp in there didn't work, and the only other light in there was accessed with a switch outside of the door, so you couldn't access it if you closed the door. The bookcases in the living room were missing the top shelf, so screws were sticking out, and the floor was really uneven, so I found myself stumbling a few times when walking barefoot.

A great place to stay with everything you need for a short trip, and it’s conveniently close to the city. Good location, practical furnishings, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. It’s right by the water and close to the ferry connection into the city and towards Nacka Strand. There’s also a bus stop right outside.Communication with the hosts was excellent and any questions were answered quickly. We felt very comfortable.As a small suggestion, a bit more storage space—such as extra shelves, towel hooks, or somewhere to put clothes—would have been appreciated.

We really loved it — it was simply fantastic. Next time we’re in Stockholm, we’d happily book these apartments again. We’ll definitely recommend them to our friends.

City trip to Stockholm. Easy to get to by various public transport options. Great room. Wonderful place to stay.

Great stay at Olof's flat. We worried a bit about the noise based on other reviews, but we found it to be very manageable and not like other streets in Gamla Stan. It's a great location close to the metro and walkable to the best parts of the city. Highly recommend

The flat was exactly as described. It was situated in a great neighbourhood, close to transit, shops, bars/restaurants, and grocery stores. Frederik proactively shared all the information that we needed. The digital locks were easy to use and we had no issues during our stay. While we spent little time in the flat (as we were busy exploring the city), it was a great place to get ready in the morning, eat breakfast, pack a lunch, be out all day, and return to sleep.
