The place is great and totally matches the description. I enjoyed my time there. On the low side, I founds the overall process to be able to rent it very heavy with forms to fill outside airbnb, passport pics to provide, etc. It’s like having to convince someone to rent his flat while you already have a good airbnb profile. Then the check in process is not straightforward at all. Also the communication is overwhelming (very looooong standard messages) and totally impersonal. I got in touch with 3 different stakeholders for 2 nights and got no alignment across them (this is a big company, not a simple flat owner). Finally I was asked for 50€ when I asked to check out 1-2hrs later while I was said that no traveler was coming the same day so nothing complex in managing cleaning in time… and reality is that check out at 10am is pretty early compared to average on airbnb. So yeay: Great place but unfortunately really far from the usual airbnb friendly and accommodating experience.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It is ideal for families. The area is quiet and well-serviced with public transport. The apartment could be improved by updating the kitchen and bathroom furnishings, which are a bit outdated. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Very beautiful neighborhood in Södermalm. Close to the water and near plenty of cafés and restaurants. When the work on the new metro line is finished, it will be even better.The independent check-in is highly appreciated. The host's instructions are clear, and when we have questions, he responds quickly. The apartment is pleasant, bright, very clean, and comfortable. We have visited several times already, and it is an excellent address. Bus and metro lines are nearby, making it easy to explore other parts of Stockholm without any difficulty.

I was on a quick visit in the village and needed simple, convenient accommodation for one night, so this was perfect.

Great place, close to groceries, bus stop, well connected.

The accommodation is located right by a bus stop and is only 7 minutes away from the nearest train station. This means you can easily and quickly reach all spots either on foot or by public transportation. The description mentioned "noise disturbance". However, since I was there to experience something and was always on the go, it didn’t bother me at all. Moreover, the description of the apartment allowed you to be prepared for this in advance. The apartment is equipped with the essentials and appears well-maintained. The only minor downside is the shower, which tends to overflow significantly, causing the entire bathroom to become wet. Communication was very straightforward, and all instructions were clear and easy to understand. If you need help, you can always reach out. There is also a supermarket right at the accommodation. Nearby, there are restaurants, bars, and a lovely canal for a stroll.

We really liked the accommodation and it had a great location. The host was easy to reach and very friendly. Unfortunately, the chairs at the bar are a little too small for dining.

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment! All the instructions were clear and very responsible. The location is also good, not centre, but public transport is super cool. There is a supermarket near and small parks. Would be happy to come back!

We had a very nice stay at the accommodation. The location is great - a nice neighborhood with cafes, a good bakery and many restaurants. The metro connection is also perfect. The apartment is bright, quiet and spacious but a bit sterile. The only thing we were missing was salt, pepper and oil for cooking, which we didn't want to buy for two days. Otherwise, everything you need is there. The communication with Guestit via airbnb was also very easy and friendly! Thank you very much - we would love to come back.

Awesome place, great communication. The space was amazing and the location was perfect for what we were after.

The apartment was in a great area- it was so easy to get to the city centre with the train station being right outside and the Lidl next door was very useful too. The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the photos. Andreas was also very helpful when we couldn’t get the stove to work- he sent someone to help us the next day and it was sorted really quickly. We had a really nice stay so thank you!

The stay was very peaceful, the location was very beautiful, and the house was lovely and very functional.

It was a cozy space and having the heaters on was a great help due to the cold.However, we had to wash the bedding as it had remnants of something, was dirty, and stained. We sent photos to the host to show that we weren’t just making things up, and he quickly resolved the issue.The bed linens are pleasant, the bed is very comfortable, and overall it’s a very nice space with good amenities. It would have been even better if there was a television available for guests to enjoy while relaxing after a day of sightseeing.I chose this AirBnb with the intention of attending a concert, and it is only a 5-minute walk away – a perfect location.The curtains let light through, which may not be ideal for those who have trouble sleeping with light, especially since the sun rises very early in Stockholm.Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend it.
