The appartment is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The neighbourhood is quiet but the connenctions with the metro are great and you are in the city center in no time. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. I would recommend this apparment highly!

We had a great stay at Fredrik’s place! Close to so many restaurants and museums. The communication was flawless and the apartment is very cozy and clean. Highly recommend to stay at this place!!

Loved our stay at Fredrick’s place. It’s such a great location and makes it very easy to walk to many of the main sites. The place looks exactly like the pictures and everything was comfortable and spotless.We would definitely stay here again if we visited Stockholm again!

Great apartment for a stay in Stockholm. Metro nearby (500 m). The description is very accurate and explicit. Fredrik was friendly, proactive and willing to help with advise. Great beds, very clean and neat bed linen. Fredrik provided us with plenty of clean and good towels. We hardly used the kitchen, but it seams fully equipped with toaster, water boiler and an option to make coffee. We would not hesitate to visit the place again.

The flat is in a cool hipster neighbourhood of Stockholm. Elias answered all our questions quickly. The décor is nice but showing its age (the listing implied it had been recently renovated). The smaller bedroom was missing a curtain or blind over one side of the window so that neighbours across the courtyard could look directly into the bedroom. We were not happy to sleep/dress in view of other people so we taped tea towels over the window. The sockets in the kitchen for plugging in the kettle or coffee maker were not working, nor was the extractor hood. We raised these issues the day we arrived and received a reply but no action was taken to fix them during our stay.The street is quiet but there is a bar a couple of doors down and we could hear noise on Friday and Saturday nights from the smaller bedroom (not in the rest of the flat). It wasn't very loud but it might bother some people. Overall we had a pleasant stay but also stayed better places in Stockholm.

It was a nice stay at Olofs apartment. Everything was clean and the area is very central!

I stayed 5 nights. Everything was good. However, a few things I can say. Heating is not enough in the flat at all. They dont have keetle for boiling water and TV for entertainment. Bathroom was small but It is okay, sink can be also bigger.

Die Wohnung von Elias ist toll für einen Kurztrip nach Stockholm. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, denn zu Fuß ist ganz Södermalm mit seinen Cafés und kleinen Läden zu erlaufen. Soll es auf einer der anderen Inseln gehen, ist der Hauptverkehrsknotenpunkt für Züge in ein wenig mehr als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist ansprechend eingerichtet und liegt in einem tollen alten Gebäude mit entzückendem Lift, der aussieht, als würde er direkt aus einem Wes Anderson Film stammen. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt können wir uns vorstellen, dass die Schrägen in der Wohnung (besonders im Bad) stören und der Fahrstuhl des Hauses zu stark zu hören ist (der Maschinenraum grenzt direkt an die Wohnung an).

Elias was proactive and sent us very helpful instructions for getting in and out of the apartment. We struggled a bit with the hot water, but it turned out that it was enough to turn on the water and wait longer for the hot water to start flowing from the faucet. When we got to the apartment, some of the dishes were a little greasy, so we cleaned them, but it was nothing serious at all. The apartment was small but completely sufficient for 4 people, in fact we really liked the atmosphere of the smaller apartment. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood, the surroundings are nice and the city center could be reached on foot or by metro (the station is a few minutes from the house). Overall it was a very good stay, definitely worth the money.

was a wonderful place, would recommend to anyone. Nice and clean, right next to a metro station so it was quick to get anywhere in town, well priced. Only small complaint is one of the neighbors was playing music a bit loud deep into the night a couple times, but nothing major. overall 9.5/10 experience.

Trevligt rum med utsikt micro och kylskåp. Svårt att hitta nyckelskåpet. Kart länken gick till parkeringsplatsen och inte till nyckelskåpet. Borde gå till nyckelskåpet. Parkeringen är inte svår att hitta.

Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans ce logement impeccable, nous étions 4 et ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit malgré la petitesse de la cuisine et de la salle de bain. C'est vrai qu'il y a peu d'équipement dans la cuisine mais ca ne nous a pas du tout gêné, il y a vraiment l'essentiel. Le logement donne sur une cour agréable, au calme. Le quartier est sympa, avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés, une supérette à côté. Le métro, ainsi que l'arrêt de bus qui mène à l'aéroport sont proches du logement. Bref, un séjour très positif pour nous !

We had a great stay! The apartment was nice and clean. Great location, 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station and easy to get to the main attractions of the City.

El alojamiento estaba súper bien en general. La parada de metro estaba a 3 min andando y el centro a 10 minutos en metro. La cocina completa y el alojamiento limpio y ordenado.
