Lovely small apartment. Definitely worth the money.

Nice studioappartment at the “Frihamn” area in Göteborg. Clean and fitted with what you need. Be aware that it is not standing height aroundthe bed (we are 176 cm and 188 cm).Area around is still under reconstruction. Easy parking close by, just be aware of price, we payed almost half of our rent price for 5 nights, easy app for paying the parking. The apartment is close to public transport, we used the tram to get to and from the city center (on the other side of the harbour), 15 min walk to the station.Easy to check in and out.

This apartment is a gem. Well equipped, very comfortable, in a beautifully peaceful neighbourhood. It is part of a larger, older house with a mature garden - the owner is happy for you to sit out and enjoy it. There is a very pleasant balcony as well.I prefer to stay slightly outside of a city centre - and for me the location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Metro station, and from there 15 minutes to central Stockholm - on public transport that was quick, clean, and efficient (We never had to wait more than 10 minutes fro the next train). This was our first trip to Sweden, and we would happily come back to Stockholm. I would have no hestitation in staying in this apartment again.

Praktisk og romslig leilighet. Rent og pent. Gode senger, og fint bad med god dusj. Fint utgangspunkt for Stocholmsbesøk. Koselig sentrum i gangavstand. Noe trafikkstøy. Grei inn- og utsjekking.

Otroligt trevligt och smidigt boende

Vi var i Åre för att cykla med familjen. Boendet var mysigt med närhet till Åre torg och VM6:an. Kimmos kommunikation inför in och utcheckning var enkel, tydlig och jag fick svar snabbt på mina frågor. Det enda jag saknade var möjlighet att tvätta cyklar i anslutning till boende samt cykelförvaring. Detta gick dock att lösa smidigt då cykeltvättar fanns på torget och i anslutning till liftarna. Förvaringen gick att lösa genom att förvara cyklarna på lägenhetens uteplats. Vi skulle gärna bo i lägenheten igen!

We enjoyed our stay at Elias’ place. It was peaceful, quiet and had everything we needed for a short stay. The room was great value for money, and it was easy to get into central Stockholm (although it realistically takes about 35-40 mins to get to central when including the walk to the station). The only thing which could be improved is the sheets on the bed which were a little scratchy on the skin.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und minimalistisch eingerichtet. Das Bad bräuchte vielleicht mal eine Renovierung, aber dafür ist die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Wasser wirklich schön.

Elias was excellent at communicating and provided clear check in and check out instructions. The apartment is small, especially the kitchen and bathroom, but has everything you need as a base to explore the city and everything is very walkable from the convenient location.

Topp beliggenhet med hyggelige restauranter, kafeer og butikker. Leiligheten var romslig, fresh og behagelig. Gode senger, alt vi behøvde. Enkelt å kommunisere med verten.

Platsen är bra, parkering finns nära. Buss o spårvagnsförbindelserna är på gå avstånd.Lägenheten är trevlig, sängarna är bra fast de är lite lågt till tak på loftet.Luftkonditioneringen är ett extra bonus o ger detta ställe många extra plus i kanten.Området är ännu under utveckling men de störde inte över huvudtaget.Hyresvärden svarade snabbt o gav ett gott intryck.De ända vi sökte en stund var den ”extra” aktiveringskontaken för spisen. - den finns på väggen till vänster om spisen o har en bild av en kaffekokare på sig. Sedan när vi hittade den så fungerade spisen utmärkt.Ugnen som är kombinerad mikro var intressant men välfungerande.Som helhet kan vi säga en perfekt plats som de är lätt att säga hit kan bi nog tänka oss att komma tillbaka

Fin leilighet til en god pris som kan anbefales. God kommunikasjon med verten som svarer raskt. Savnet en del utstyr på kjøkkenet og ingen vinglass tilgjengelig. Få glass tallerkener og bestikk.

Olof war sehr freundlich, seine Informationen zur Wohnung und dem Aufenthalt waren ausführlich und gut beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. ich würde sofort wieder kommen :)

We had a wonderful stay in this authentic flat. It was quiet though the delicious restaurants and bakeries were just around the corner. Very good accessibility by public transport. Very cosy quarter. Perfect starting point to expore the city.

Allt gick smidigt. Fönster gick ej att stänga men Elias skickade hantverkare direkt.

Great little apartment close enough to walk to island centre and surrounding area with ease, space is compact but clean and great for a short stay.

Andra gången jag bokar en av lägenheterna med Elias som värd, överlag är jag och mitt sällskap super nöjda, det enda vi har att ”klaga” på är att disken var oljig. Annars superbra ställe.
