We had a great time in Fredrik's apartment in Stockholm. Kungsholmen is a good starting point to explore Stockholm by foot or by metro. The apartment was exactly as described and has everything you could wish for. The communication with Fredrik was uncomplicated and very friendly.

The apartment is in a great location, very clean and well decorated! However only one of the beds was made when we arrived and the dishwasher was full. There was also only one roll of toilet paper and no dishwasher tablets or laundry detergent. It would have been nice to provide those things so that guests don’t have to buy more than they will need. Otherwise, the apartment was really nice.

Gorgeous apartment in central Stockholm. Easy walk to museums, shopping, and a ton of restaurants but inside the unit is bright, peaceful and quiet. Tons of space and nice separation between living room and bedroom. If you use the washer/dryer, note that both plugs don't seem to fit the socket at the same time so you may have to unplug one to start the other. Everything seems new and works great though. Thanks Fredrik, we loved it!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Kimmos Wohnung. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Das Ski In and Out hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben und wie sie auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Alles hat super funktioniert.

Har bott på Tott tidigare och även denna vistelse gör att jag gärna kommer tillbaka.

perfect location to stay as a first timer tourist in Stockholm. best small shops and restaurants & metro/ bus stops are right around the corner. plenty of convenient stores/ supermarkets nearby too. would be better if the bed is not that soft and with more adequate lighting. overall it's a very pleasant and happy stay for me! will definitely come back!

Andra gången jag bott i en av Pontus lägenheter och jag har varit väldigt nöjd båda gångerna. Mycket prisvärt, nära till Tott-liften och man kan åka bergbanan ner till Åre torg smidigt och enkelt.

Kimmo’s place was great for our one week skiing trip to Åre. Location of the apartament was perfect, skiing lift right next to it, that was accessible from the building via a bridge on the 4th floor. We did enjoy our stay, thanks Kimmo!

Very nice and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Responsive and friendly host.

Dejlig lejlighed, som har en flot udsigt ud over havneområdet og fra 4. sals højde. Den er ikke helt indrettet til 5 mennesker dog.Selve området er lidt rodet med en masse byggeri, men kan man leve med det, så er den super lækker.

The location was terrific being in the old town. The street was very quiet, but not secluded. The apartment was immaculate. The beds and covers were exceptionally comfortable. I really liked the convenience of the key codes for entrance. I would stay here again next time I am in Stockholm. A couple of things for visitors to be aware of, but it should not deter them. The stairs up three flights is tough for those who have a tough time walking up. Also, be careful of the thresholds between the bathroom door and foyer and the kitchen, especially at night so that you don't trip. Finally, the old town has a restriction in terms of Uber pickup so you might have to go to the bottom of the street to wait for pickup instead of in front of the apartment.

What a great apartment. Fantastic location for skiing and also access to the centre of Are via the funicular. Really comfortable and a brilliantly equipped kitchen for cooking in. The views are wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. A really great find and we are so lucky to have had a brilliant week of weather too. Thank you so much.

Åre är välkänt för mig så jag vet att den är en liten backe mellan centrum och Tott ser det som träning. Alternativtet är väldigt prisvärt. Det finns lite småsaker att rätta till i fastigheten för att följa betyget men det funkar. Kommer inte hundra mig att hyra igen.
