This part of Ostermalm is very nice and quiet. Had a great stay, the apartment was very comfortable and the host was very responsive.

This is an old neighborhood, it reflects in the building elevator's. Sometimes, if one of the tenant forgot to close the elevator door, we can't call the elevator to our floor. But overall it is ok. Unit is clean and fully equipped!

It was an amazing place to stay. Short walk to everything in town, and very pretty views. Kimmo was very responsive and willing to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Fint boende nära liften

Sehr gut gelegen für Skifahrer,direkt neben dem Lift, voll ausgestattete Wohnung für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Raumaufteilung und man hat Ausblick auf die Skipiste und Åre.Einchecken easy und flexibel. Mit dem Aufzug bekommt man auch schweres Gepäck gut in die Wohnung.Bettwäsche ist inklusive. Die Betten sind weder hart noch weich und das Raumklima war gut.Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Sie kosten derzeit 130 Kronen pro Tag.Fernsehen nur schwedisch, aber es gibt ein hdmi Kabel mit dem man ein Laptop ankoppeln kann.Insgesamt ausgezeichnet.

Stayed for three nights. The place was like it was described. It's not a big place, but for two people it was not too cramped. Now while it's a bit far from Stockholms centre, it's easily reachable by public transport.For us, place offered everything we needed for our stay. Host was great! Sending clear and helpful instructions proactively.Definetly worth the price, would stay again!

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Stockholm. A 5 min à pied du métro qui amène au centre ville en 10 min.Studio un peu petit pour 4 mais parfait pour 2 personnes.Lit confortable.

Frederik hat ein sehr schönes & stylishes Appartement. Alles ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm und schnell. Auch bei Fragen hat Frederik innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet.Die Gegend in der das Appartement liegt, ist ebenso sehr empfehlenswert. Zu Fuß kann man Cafés, Restaurants, den Hafen, U-Bahn Shopping Malls etc. gut erreichen. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in einer ruhigen Umgebung.Zwei Punkte möchte ich dennoch für andere Reisende anmerken. Die Heizung im Appartement lässt sich nicht regulieren. Das Bad (inkl. Toilette) hat keine Fenster und kein Belüftungssytem. Man lüftet mit offener Tür in den Flur. Im Sommer mag das in Schweden keine Rolle spielen, im Winter/ Herbst / Frühling vielleicht schon.Die Hausregeln von Frederik sind wichtig. Das wird einem ein paar Mal mitgeteilt.Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Let me start by saying, the location is fantastic! Is a short walk to the metro, coffee shops, and several restaurants. Even if you fly in to Stockholm, you don’t need a car because the train goes to the airport.The apartment is clean and the beds are comfortable. Of note, the futon folds out at ground level, so if you like a raised bed, this might be difficult for you. The kitchen is basic but it has what you need to make small meals. The bathroom is small, but completely functional. There isn’t a shower curtain, nor room for one, so you have to be careful not to soak the rest of the bathroom.

Logement spacieux, lumineux, calme et très agréable. Un peu à l'ecart de Stockolm mais très accessible par des bus directs. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 3 enfants. Nous recommandons ce lieu !

Gostei muito, só não estou acostumado com o check in sem contato pessoal, foi num armário e senha, acabei confundindo, mas deu tudo certo, Anfitrião muito prestativo e auxiliou até o final.Recomendo, muito ótimo.

The apartment is a comfortable, spacious, and clean place in a pleasant location. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation close by. Elia's exceptional communication, seamless check-in and check-out process, and highchair with baby crib made our stay extraordinarily enjoyable.

Extremly nice and cozy studio with two floors. Perfect distance ti everything with the tram taking us up and down to Åre Torf etc, also ski in and ski out was very easy to access! Would strongly recommend!

Tack för en bra vecka i Åre. Mycket bra instruktioner för incheckning. Enkelt att hitta parkering och en extra bonus med ett naturreservat utanför knuten.
