Our stay at Elias was what we expected. We are used to stay/live/travel around Stockholm. The studio was easy to find. Way to the station took about 7mins and about 20 to get to the city.The flat was really clean, had nice equipment and the neigbourhood was calm even at weekend.Thank you very much for this opportunity. We would like to stay at yourplace some time in the future for sure. :)

Great stay, thoroughly enjoyed my time in Sweden !

Summer visit. The room was as described. It was small but so was the price ;) Bike storage in a locked room the basement worked fine. Ample but a bit expensive parking outside the building. Bike in/out to the lifts. Close enough to shops and the beach. The outside area wasn't exactly beautiful but it offered a great view and much longer evening-sun than down in the city. Would consider renting again.

Flott leilighet med solrik balkong og nydelig utsikt. Vi var i Åre for å sykle, og det er gangavstand til sykkelheisen og turstier rett utenfor leiligheten.Leiligheten var i helt topp stand, kun sofaen som var litt sliten.Hyggelig vert som var rask på å svare.Vi parkerte ca 400m unna leiligheten hvor parkering kostet kun 15 kr dagen. Sjekk Aimo parkeringsapp for hvor parkeringene ligger.Vi kommer garantert tilbake!

Prima schone kamer om een aantal dagen de stad te bekijken! Super centraal op loopafstand van leuke straatjes, restaurantjes en alle grote bezienswaardigheden.

The location is very good, except that the gate cannot be completely closed.

Andreas is very nice and gave great local recommendations. Everything was incredibly well prepared giving me lots of freedom. The place is a short walk from the city center but very quiet since it’s facing the courtyard. It’s quite small as seen on the photos but it worked perfectly for what I needed. All in all a great stay!

Soggiorno perfetto, l'appartamento è esattamente come in foto, in pieno centro di Gamla Stan ma molto silenzioso. Tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici che hanno fermate a meno di 5 minuti dall'alloggio.Molto pratico il sistema di check in con codice. Cucina ben attrezzata, bagno piccolino ma dotato anche di lavatrice. Letto della camera matrimoniale molto morbido, ottimo invece il divano letto del soggiorno. Per chi dorme lì, da considerare che non ci sono tende, ma a noi non ha creato alcun disturbo.Da ripetere senz'altro!

Great value for money- easy commute into central Stockholm, and a nice, functional apartment in a quiet area.

Place looked like the pictures, it felt safe, the nearest bus stop to the city centre was 10 minutes away, grocery store not that far away also. The place had blackout curtains and an AC. Big fridge, stove, oven, would be amazing for long stays. Liked it very much!

Utmärkt boende på mycket fin plats med smidig incheckning!

Det fanns fina områden runt Bredäng och Sätra om man gillar natur inom gångavstånd 1-2 km. Mälarsjöbadet och köpcentrum som alla gick att nå enkelt med buss och tunnelbana.

Camera ben posizionata e ben collegata. Il problema sono gli spazi estremamente piccoli. La cucina minuscola e un bagno poco confortevole, essendo i servizi igienici tutti concentrati in pochissimo spazio, uno a ridosso dell'altro. Mai vista una situazione simile. Adatto per una notte, non di più. Se si vuole soggiornare più notti lo sconsiglio

Todo muy bien. Muy tranquilo y excelente vista. Lo rentaría nuevamente.

Perfekt boende som stämde väl överens med beskrivningen i annonsen. Bra läge för att ta sig lätt vidare till innerstan. Inget att anmärka på!
