Firstly, thank you to the host Fredrik, for making the apartment available and providing clear instructions, which helped make check-in very easy, and for being a very responsive and friendly host.The apartment is very well situated, very close to good transport links and perfect for anyone arriving to explore Stockholm. The neighbourhood and immediate surroundings were pleasant and I felt very safe walking to and from the apartment (and in the wider Stockholm area). The room was clean and comes as described while having everything I needed to make my stay very comfortable in between times exploring the city. I would highly recommend for anyone, or any couple, who is looking for a comfortable place to base themselves during a visit to this beautiful city.

Great place

Thr flat was super comfortable in a very hip and cute area of södermalm. Everything important is super walkable but there is also a metro station close by. You got a lot of restaurants nearby. access was digital and easy.would recommend going here again!Thanks for the lovely stay, elias!

Alles wunderbar, tolle Lage, Bus, U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

great location, about 12-15 min walk to the old town. minimalist layout of the unit yet complete on the essentials you would need for your stay. Elias is quick to respond to any queries.

Super logement dans un chouette quartier de la ville (vivant mais pas bruyant). Elias est extrêmement professionnel et ses indications nous ont permis d'arriver et partir en toute tranquillité de l'appartement. Quelques odeurs dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée mais qui ont vite disparu. Juste un petit bémol sur l'équipement de la cuisine (dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de cafetière par exemple). Sinon, les serviettes et le linge étaient impeccables. Nous avons passé un agréable voyage.

Excellent location and adequate facilities for one person or two.

Elias a great host, unfortunately, had no chance to meet with him. The apartment is good, however, missed some necessities, and for 3 people we had to go to IKEA to fulfill some needs (We stayed there 2 weeks). The location is under development, so very difficult to carry your luggage and personal belongings from a parking lot. Sweating guaranteed. Also, the location is noisy due to constant construction work and dust. Otherwise, the concept is ok, just need to accept these facts. Some other facts: You need a bicycle to reach things on an acceptance time. Or rent close by is possible. The bus is 15 min away from walking distance. Parking is super expensive, we spend 400 Euro for 2 weeks of parking (This is location specific) Otherwise this place is near to the city center and you can enjoy a view of the sea. In a few years probably everything will be better, once construction work is ending.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr sauberes Appartment, und ruhige Gegend. Eine Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen gibt es auch. Wir waren mit dem Auto vor Ort und waren an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Attraktionen innerhalb von Max. 20 Minuten. Gute Bindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel habe ich allerdings auch gesehen. Ich würde dieses Apprtement weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, das Bett war bequem und vor allem die Aussicht hat uns unfassbar gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist charmant und stimmig.Die Innenstadt ist mit der Bahn schnell zu erreichen, die Haltestelle erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und man ist direkt im Grünen und am Wasser.Wir würde wiederkommen, vielen lieben Dank!

Die Wohnung ist nah am Zentrum gelegen. Etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Die Wohnung war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bis auf Geschirrhandtücher war die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist allerdings relativ dunkel, da man die Rollos eher geschlossen hält, da die Nachbarn sonst einen sehr guten Einblick haben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super, allerdings wohnt man dafür auch auf einer Baustelle.
