Excelente localização, possível conhecer Estocolmo a pé se gostar de caminhar. Espaço agradável embora pudesse conter mais comodidades, como secador de cabelo, caixa para guardar comida, torradeira, chaleira, papel de cozinha, etc. (utensílios do dia-a-dia)

The apartment is nice, clean, not expensive and in a very good position: the quartier is nice, full of shops and restaurants, but the street is quiet, the metro is close to the house, but the city center is not far.The only complaint concerns a weird rule: you can't invite anyone to the apartment, not even for coffee. The rule is clear right since the reservation, there are no misunderstandings, but I think this is incoherent with Airbnb's philosophy: you have to treat the place with respect, but you have to feel at home; otherwise what's the difference with a hotel?

Great location and a lovely building. We enjoyed our stay. We were close to nice bars and restaurants. The flat may be small for two, but doable. One thing to know: there is no "real" bathroom, and there little space to shower, as the shower is in the tinny toilet.

We stayed a week in Olof's nice, little apartment. We enjoyed lovely neighborhood - for us the best in Stockholm - a lot. Apartment was in nice spot of Gärdet, with short distance to several green areas. Traffic connections were excellent, couple of minutes to nearest subway (Gärdet), and many bus lines close by. Also Fältöversten shopping mall in Karlaplan is within 10 minutes nice walk. It has excellent supermarkets and other stores. Neighborhood is nice residential area of 1930s' functionalism. The apartment is really nice, small but beautiful and extremely well-designed and practical. Small kitchenette was well equipped for our needs. We enjoyed enormously the views from windows (it was cold so we didn't use two small balconies). The only little minus was that there was no normal television (which was clearly informed before). House itself was quite and calm. All communication with Olof was smooth and clear, with immediate response. Will definitively stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - the area is very beautiful, though far from the centre of Stockholm (30-45 min using public transport). One thing to address is the fact that having read other people’s reviews, I was reluctant to book it with the worry that I will not be able to cook due to the sensitive steam/smoke alarm. However, this is certainly not the case. The hob is modern and the in-built fan very effective so there was no problem whatsoever. The flat generally has everything one might need to feel at home and I would happily stay there again.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Lage. Das Schrankbett ist für zwei Personen etwas eng, zudem war in der Wohnung eine Baustelle, von der wir vorher nichts wussten und dadurch war es etwas staubig. Der Vermieter ist auf diese Nachricht von uns nicht eingegangen. Das warme Wasser reicht für 4 Personen auch nicht aus, damit alle duschen können. So mussten immer 1-2 Personen kalt duschen. Preis/Leistung etwas erhöht für das was wir im Endeffekt bekommen haben, aber alles in allem in Ordnung.

The apartement was very cozy and functional the same time. Accessibility by public transport is very good. Olof was always available and communication was very friendly.We absolutly recommend it.

It had all the amenities one could need, and everything was clearly labeled and organized. The location was out of this world in the middle of Gamla Stan and walking distance to so many great attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Stockholm!

This apartment is great. My stay was completely effortless - from the initial communication with the host right through to the check out procedure - everything was completely seamless. The apartment was absolutely spotless and adequately equipped for a few nights stay. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from the nearest metro station in one of the best neighbourhoods in Stockholm - Södermalm! I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and would stay here again when visiting Stockholm. Very good value for money.
